Cultivate cafe is a nice place. The food is good and staff are friendly. It is attached to Minter Garden Store.
There are lots of food options and a display of sweet treats also.
There is an inside seating area and an outside covered area.
There is an accessible door that goes through the outside seating and the chairs can be moved for mobility devices.
There are also 2 single stall toilets.

What a lovely little gem of a cafe. I like that it’s not downtown. Nice patio, great eggs Benny and incredibly friendly staff. They checked on me several times and when the owner got there, she checked in to ask how the meal was and got me a to go box for my leftover hashbrowns. 10/10 recommend.
The food was absolutely delicious, and not only the chef but everyone was so kind, it made for a truly delightful experience

Great food and really great atmosphere. We came just before 12:00 and the place was already filling up, so I'd imagine that sometimes it's pretty hard to get in, but the food is worth a short wait and worth going out of your way.

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It's clear this is a great place to relax or catch up with friends. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always making you feel right at home.
And the food? Absolutely fantastic! Every dish I've tried has been fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. To top it all off, the prices are very fair for the high quality you receive. I can't recommend Cultivate Cafe enough!

Called ahead to reserve for a group of 14 and they were able to accommodate us last minute. Delicious food, great services and portions and they had our food out really quick! Was very impressed. Highly recommend!
Situated in the minter garden complex, i found my breakfast Tacos tasty. Bon appétit!

Nicest location with ample parking, beautiful decor and lovely staff. They make wholesome food that makes you feel good eating. Hands down the best Oat Cortado in town!
We love this place!! We seriously eat here all the time! We usually take the kids or our parents and in laws here to eat and run into the most friendly people
Staff is amazing always greeting and kind. Especially the main lady that works there. Never had a bad experience. Food is delicious Love Love!!
We go here whenever we visit Minter Gardens, and the food is always amazing but there is always an awkward or weird/off interaction with the service staff. We go in expecting some sort of friction as part of the experience.
Went for my bday brunch w my husband and daughter . We shared the trio of eggs Benedict . Was very tasty. Loved the potatoes !
Had the turkey sandwich that was a big let down …. Super dry sadly . They should have toasted the bun as it was very dry. Needed more chutney /sauce. That wasn’t good unfortunately. Def stood out crappy compared to the Benedict. Was a miss.
Daughter had the sourdough grilled cheese and chips . She loved it. Loved the atmosphere and that we could venture over to the garden store afterwards.
Would come back, just would avoid turkey Sandy if I were you lol
Cute brunch spot a bit outside of downtown Chilliwack. It has a modern vibe with indoor seating and a heated patio with blankets. They have a handful of vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options, which is appreciated. I ordered the Avo & Tomato benny, along with the Soup of the Day (Cheesy Broccoli). The benny’s were quite standard, which isn’t a bad thing, no complaints on my end. It came with a side of roasted potatoes and was a good portion for one person. The soup was my favourite though - warm, hearty and great for rainy day weather. Overall, it’s fair priced brunch spot for the quality of food you get. I’d have no problems returning to try some of their other options and an interesting boozy selection of drinks!
