I placed an order for one medium Turtles with peacans blizzard with an extra caramel. Upon receiving the order inside the store, I asked the representative lady if they added the extra caramel and is the soft serve vanilla. She checked my order and replied yes they did and yes it’s a vanilla soft serve. I took my order and drove back home which is a 15 minutes drive. Upon arriving home I realized that my order was prepared in a chocolate soft serve and no extra caramel was added. I then drove 15 minutes back to the store and met the same lady at front desk. Upon complaining her of the wrong blizzard they gave me, she was not willing to accept their mistake, if fact starting blaming me that I inputted my order incorrectly. After showing her the order I placed, she said that she doesn’t wants to get in an argument with me and said that I will make you a new order and threw my previous order in the garbage. Her attitude was as if she is doing me a favour of giving me another blizzard. There was absolutely no apology for the incorrect order they made for me for which I had to drive an extra half an hour and waste 40 minutes. Absolutely pathetic service and behaviour towards their customer.

Got lunch there guess it’s Burger King now my burger was pulled outta the Microwave got back to work to eat obviously went drive through, tried calling back multiple times with no answer on there end, called back early next day finally got a manager and then the manager goes well since you didn’t call back right away I’m gonna down grade our meal, so not only didn’t I get a lunch at first I wasn’t gonna get a proper replacement because they didn’t answer the phone, I told her give me your cell phone number I’ll send a screenshot of my calls to the store that went unanswered and then was finally offered a proper meal replacement, to which I receive we will see gotta go back and will see if it’s even edible the second time

We regularly order blizzards and chicken strip at this location. I noticed this from last we ordered and today that the blizzard strawberry cheese quake is not as good like before our previous experienced, you can't even taste the strawberry and cheese anymore. It's more like a sundae and little coloring touch. For the price we pay for blizzard they should keep the quality of the product not degrade! Disappointing!

Ordered a Resses blizzard in the drive through. Took a bite before even leaving the drive through, was so melted and liquid. The consistency was more liquid than peanut butter. And there was actual liquid already in the sides of the cup. Not sure how it passed the upside down flip to be honest.
Anyways, I took it inside to ask if it was normal and why it looked like that. The employee said they can see if they can remake it but their ice cream machines were running a bit runny at that time. Then showed it to the manager/supervisor who said to just put more ice cream and mix it again - which I would be totally fine with, if it actually fixed the problem. Instead, the ice cream was still just as liquid as it originally was. It was 24c so I understand that it will melt quick, but for the ice cream to be THAT melted and liquid before I even drove 1 meter out of the driveway is wild. Never gave me a receipt in the drive through either.

Quite disappointed in our service tonight. There usually isn't an issue when we have gone there over the years but this DQ has changed and NOT for the better.
I went through the drive through to get some blizzards. I waited a few minutes at the speaker box with silence. I wasn't even sure if they were open, but it was after 7 so I knew it was. There was no one coming on saying just a moment just silence. Finally after a few minutes someone took my order.
When I got to the window, he passed our blizzards in a tray which was great, but none of them had lids. They did not do the test where the turn it upside down to show how thick it was. In fact they weren't very thick and was runny. I asked the guy for lids on these and all he did was put them in the tray instead of doing it himself. So had to put tray on seat and drive slowly around the corner to pull into a spot to put the lids on, and of course one of them tipped over and due to it being runny, it spilled on my seat (thankfully I have leather seats). Very disappointed with the service. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Great service from Brad always awesome to my family
Me, my hubs and especially our little fur baby Sadie love going to Dairy Queen on the hot summer days. This place is very accommodating when we ask to get a doggie cup, I can't tell you how it is inside because we use the drive-through and their service is great, I would recommend this place if you're looking to cool down with some delicious cold treats.

They are terrible we asked them for vinegar and they only gave us one packet and when we opened our fries they were like five . They also flippped our blizzard and it plopped on the ground. Never coming back here

What used to be the best Dairy Queen is now the worst. We came here for years and it was always good. We just got the 2 most watery blizzards with hardly anything in it. We will never come back here again.
