District Bar Restaurant Garrison

Too bad great location ! They think their in downtown Vancouver, the menu is really ridiculous, sound like a different language. The server we had was stuck up & said she was the manager?.?
Three years ago with the first owner it was exceptional, chefs not kids cooking.
Lots of us in Sardis are very disappointed.
All I can eat there is a hamburger, don’t know what anything else on the menu is.
menu is a phoney joke!

We felt laid back. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere good and the service was spectacular. Recommend to check it out for yourself!

Food was really good.
Atmosphere was ok but felt a little cramped as we were sat in the middle of the booths.

The server was dismal. The others were great. Between our starter and second order we waited almost 20 min. The second order came only after another staff member asked us if there was anything we needed. Our server brought it to us and it was only warm indicating our server was not attentive. She gave no apology at this point and never asked us about needing anything else.

After we had finished we waited again at least 20min while we watched her stand at the bar and kitchen chatting with others. We finally had to get up and ask for the bill. Again no apology for not doing her job. She was working a large table outside throughout this and clearly was working only for the tip.
While this all went on we watched others come in order eat and leave in an enjoyable time.

Horrible owner. After my brother passed away, after I got laid off my last job. He have me kick out for PAYING for coffee. Then one of my friends stood up for me for being kick out for PAYING for coffee while I look for work on indeed and now I am blacklisted from here. His name is Reff I used to be long time customer coming here like years wise. The last place I saw my brother before he passed away was here. If my brother was still alive. He and I won't come here because of the owner AND all staffs sucks and horrible

This in definitely an underrated bar near cultus lake, been there twice in the last 2 month and it has never disappoint us. My wife and I loves the food here.

This was a great find. Not from the area, we came across District and gave it a try.
Bartender is on point with his espresso martini and new York sour. The food was well plated, fresh and flavorful.
Atmosphere was lively and vibrant.
What a great place to have in your neighborhood.
