I order pizza on new years, I gotta say always fast delivery. But I also live around. I ordered cheesy garlic bread. And just got regular cheesy bread, wasn't even cheesy. Cheesy garlic bread is always good, I never had an issue. Even it's great the next day! This time it came in a medium pizza box, I was disappointed, as the party I ordered for, I vouched that it was great, it was a good price, and everyone was disappointed. I should have taken a picture and my apologies for not, but definitely not the right order. The cheese pizza and pepperoni was good, I talked to the delivery driver and he said we're not busy at all, like I get its new years, so I was assuming mix ups happen, but to find out it wasn't busy, definitely disappointed!

First time trying the butter chicken pizza, very good.
pizzas good, i’ve never had an issue with it. but the delivery service is terrible. i waited on my pizza and chicken, was tracking my order and my driver would go anywhere BUT my house. My driver was even in my area about a minute away from my house and turned around and went to the other side of the city, tried communicating and helping but the same thing kept on happening, my food was cold by the time i got it

I understand that we are all human and we do make mistakes. That being said, I have been going to this place for a few years now and they must’ve messed up on my orders at least a dozen times. It’s very frustrating and extremely annoying. I know people are gonna think well why do you keep going back? I go back because I love the pizza. But now I’m done With Domino’s Pizza, I will never ever ever go back there again. People there can barely speaking English I guess I can’t expect them to be able to read English properly. Completely frustrated goodbye
