I understand this is old part of downtown but the restaurant is in need of overhaul.The main deal breaker is the pho bone soup. It is not authentic vietnamese. My wife ordered a beef pho and I ordered the hot and sour beef pho. Not good. I went there because of the good rating. But I dont agree.
