The appetizer was brought with the main. The kale and mushroom pizza is now on a terrible cardboard-like crust not the nice hand-made one it used to be! We sent it back. Left hungry.

I love Earls. The service is always great and the food quality is always good at Earls, but unfortunately on this occassion my filet mignon steak was undercooked. I ordered medium rare, received rare. When you're charging almost $60 for a steak, i'm not going to settle for less than what I've ordered and there can't be any excuses for getting it wrong. I would've asked them to re-fire it but it was very busy and I didn't see the waitress for 15 or 20 minutes by which time it was pointless as my date and already finished her meal. I can't eat a rare steak it makes me gag so I had mashed potatoes and broccolini for dinner and I took my steak home to cook properly. I will still return to Earl's as it has many redeeming qualities, including making a delicious steak when they get it right!

We chose Earls to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Sorry to say we were very disappointed with the food. my husband ordered steak and I ordered Ahi tune bowl which was my favorite. I have ordered this many times before at Earls ,but to my surprise everything was so spicy. even the avocado. I couldn't enjoy anything and left the plate almost the way I received. My husband's steak was dry and his food was just little warm . The waiter offered complimentary dessert which was very nice ,but the bad taste from the spicy didn't make it easy to enjoy. Over all we left hungry and not happy and the evening was what we expected 😒

The seasonal vegetables where squash and yams, I really didn't like the squash. Our wonderful sever noticed and asked if I would like a side of Broccolini which I excepted and it was delicious along with our steaks. She also pre order our glass of wine so that we could benefit from the happy hour price. All around good experience!

It had been years since I went to Earl's, glad I did! Our server was great! Our group very much enjoyed their meals. The vegetarian tacos although very tasty left me disappointed with the amount, not really a dinner more of an appetizer, which it did not state. And while the other dinners had chips or fries the 3 small tacos were the only thing on the plate. Dessert of course was amazing!

Our drinks were always refilled on time, the food arrived exactly as ordered, and their menu recommendations were spot-on.
