I’ve eaten here multiple times and have tried many things on the menu. All the food tasted amazing, no complaints and I’m a fussy eater. Went there the first time and the customer service Paris provided was why I went back. It stands out above many other restaurants. She goes around checking at tables to make sure everything is ok and she always has a smile and her customer service is a 5++++. The shakes are good. Burgers tasty, hot dogs good, poutine good, and the wings. Highly recommend trying this place.

super average experience but disappointing.

walked in and the music was blaring, not sure why it needs to be so loud.

took 10 mins of both the till people talking to each other before they could bother to take my order for some reason, otherwise they were nice enough.

waited for 1 burger 1 smoothie with fries.

the wait was 25 minutes, why? i dont knoe they have more people in the kitchen than most professional kitchens have, so shocking why it takes longer.

food was about as average as you could expect, wasn’t bad but wasnt anything to talk about or go back for more. the milkshake was good however.

i wouldn’t recommend going until their staff can learn some time management and bettwr customer service skills.

It’s really frustrating when new buildings choose to prevent accessibility and do not add the simple addition of an automatic door button. This creates an unwelcome start to anyone with mobility issues or in a wheelchair, and anyone with strollers.
The tables have movable chairs so someone in a wheelchair can join easily at a table. I didn’t get a chance to look in the bathroom.

The restaurant was clean, food was typical fast food. My husband had a beef burger and I tried the chicken burger, the honey mustard was yummy.

Staff were friendly.

I’ll update my review if the restaurant chooses to become more accessible.

Dietary restrictions: You can get the burger with a lettuce wrap but I’d be cautious for cross contamination if you have Celiacs.

Parking: There was a disabled parking space.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s really frustrating when new buildings choose to prevent accessibility and do not add the simple addition of an automatic door button. This creates an unwelcome start to anyone with mobility issues or in a wheelchair, and anyone with strollers.

The overall ambiance is like other high-end burger chains—elite and luxurious.

This place recently opened in Chilliwack, but unfortunately, the tables were not properly cleaned.

My burger was hot, but the top bun was cold. They probably heated the bottom part but forgot about the top.

Overall, the taste was good. Since they just opened, small mistakes like these stood out.

I still recommend this place, but management should pay more attention to these details

the prioritization of online orders makes take out orders receive cold fries and 30 minute turn around times.
would not suggest going on a busy time. might as well go sit down somewhere.

Me and my daughter dine-in this afternoon I order Hawaiian Cheeseburger I was surprise I see hair in my burger, I return my order to the kitchen they replace it with a new one, staff ask for apologies. I suggest maybe all the staff must wear hairnet to avoid this incident happen again to other customer.

I tried the mushroom Swiss burger and fries and drink it was filling also the best mushroom burger i ever had but I from a bigger restaurant of Fatburger they would have bottomless fries and drink i noticed on this one it just bottomless drinks maybe it because it's not a full size restaurant if you ever decide to go bigger i would like to try that from a bigger restaurant of Fatburger i am so glad that we finally got a different burger place in Chilliwack BC

Vegetarian options: They also have vegetarian options as well

Kid-friendliness: Well i am sure it is kid friendly I haven't seen any young kids in there when I was there mostly young adult to older adults

They clearly forgot one chicken combo strip Kids combo when we clearly told them and we try to go back and it wasn’t even 10 o’clock yet and they said they were closed. Very disappointing. Also went yesterday afternoon the cashier was rude

I decided to stop by today to try the place out as it had just opened up. The lineup was long and the wait for the food was even longer (30+ minutes) I don't mind waiting for my food as long as the taste is there, sadly it was not.The curly fries were WAY over seasoned and the bacon cheddar burger tasted bland.
