Who the blank puts mustard on a Mushroom Swiss burger??? One bite, and all I could taste was mustard. GROSS!!! It was not posted nor was I told to expect it. I paid ALOT for a burger I had to throw out. Thanks for nothing.

I've been to this Fatburger a few times and it's been a good experience each visit. Staff has been very friendly and food has been hot and freshly made. If you are looking for a burger, check it out!

And there was some bad reception when I ordered for pickup and they ended up giving me the wrong burger, I called after getting home and realizing and they happily offered me a gift card for the cost of the burger for when I next come in, 10/10 customer service, props to the manager, very much appreciated.

The service alone was worthy of 5 stars! The staff was so kind and polite, it really stood out. I ordered the impossible burger & yam fries, and the burger was quite hefty! And the yam fries were cooked perfectly. I was really impressed, for a fast food style place, the meal certainly felt more like something you’d find at a sit down restaurant

I’m not sure if it’s the fat burger way but the onion rings are extremely oily. I’m talking soggy and with a pool of oil left behind inside the box.

Fatburger served me a burger so bland I started questioning my own taste buds. The bun was soggy, the fries were doing their best impression of wet noodles, and the milkshake was basically a workout disguised as dessert. I left hungry, confused, and slightly betrayed.

I havent ordered a Fatburger in years. The burger was fantastic. The pickle chips were so deepfried they were hard and inedible. I had to order delivery and surprised how quickly it arrived. Driver was great! But how long was my food under the heatlamps in the kitchen? Not made to order, for sure.
