Literally sat in there for 10 mins no one even came to take or drink order server was MIA we just walked out.
Hung around for 15 minutes at the table with no server so I left
I now know why the brewery next door self proclaims as the friendliest brewery in town. This place is not friendly especially if you’re a solo patron…here’s an uncomfortable metal bar stool near the door. I even asked if I could switch as the place emptied out…nothing and it was still early. I would have ordered more and tipped more if my experience had been comfortable and hospital. No fun wearing your puffy through dinner on an uncomfortable chair while eating mediocre food and being treated poorly. I won’t go back.
Nice brew pub with a variety of food and drink.
The service was polite and friendly, and the location and atmosphere were great. The beer was solid.
But the pizza... It was a big miss. Avoid the pita pizzas, they’re overpriced and underwhelming. The cheese was bland and appeared to be pre-shredded (if you know, you know), chicken was cold, and the crust gave microwave pizza vibes. They have a beautiful pizza oven but serve such subpar "pizzas".
A friend who recommended Field House mentioned that the other location has much better pizza. He was embarrassed these were the ones we tried.
Oh & the nachos were small but tasted fine. But the mac was bland.
The quaintest vibes, the most unique flavors of beer, & food that fills you up!
We decided to stop by a brewery on our way back from hiking and luckily landed on Field House.
The place gets full, quick! We dropped by about an hour after it opened on a rainy Saturday morning, and scored one of the last remaining bar seats.
Well worth the stop!
I know fruity beers are all the rage but it would be nice to have a few just plain good beer options other than a light lager. The only other one was a questionable Hazy IPA which was more expensive for some reason. I settled on the best of the limited options, flipped up our service card, waited for five minutes only to be ignored by a server who went to couple who had only just sat down. We left. Not likely to return. Way too many other good brewery options around. Should have gone to Farmhouse.

The only thing that was disappointing was the prices on the menu were wrong. We were changed more than menu prices.

Food, drink, and atmosphere were awesome. More attentive wait staff would have made the experience even better. It was busy night, though so it didn't ruin our evening or anything. Just maybe more staff was needed on such a busy time. We will be back. Love fieldhouse.

Great food but inexperienced servers and immature management. Parking is nearly impossible to find too, don't recommend it to someone from out of town.

Ordered their 3 cheese pizza and a flight of beer. I were hungry as I didn't get a pizza photo.

We love the atmosphere! it’s lovely. We order pizzas and nachos. The female server was lovely but the male server was pretty rude. He was (pretty much) throwing the beverages on the table which was really rude and he was also pretty rude to couple of our friends who don’t want to drink anything. The topping of pizzas was really less! I would say, go with veggie pizza instead of meat pizzas if you don’t want to disappoint. Don’t think so gonna be back

Edit: after a previously bad experience, with some communication delays, we were hosted to a good dinner, with a pleasant atmosphere. If you're in the 1881 area, this is a great bite.
Kid-friendliness: Booths and patio are great, our toddler loved it there and there was some colouring available in addition to what we brought.
