The first thing you need to do before you come to this place is realize that this is a fast food chain and nothing more than that. Think of it as a glorified McDonald's, pretend for a second McDonald's decided to only sell salads: it would still be a McDonald's (and there's nothing wrong with that if that's what you are looking for). I tried the food here once, I ordered a salad bowl and I kid you not, there was an entire head of lettuce (yes, the whole thing, just like when you buy it from the store) in my bowl. That level of "idgaf" is truly fascinating but I can't really blame the staff, they are underpaid so why should they care enough not to add whole produce to your lunch order, I mean, maybe that's where Freshii is coming from when they pretend they are wholesome.

never open when they are supposed to can rarely produce quinoa for their products. Never offer you a refund when they don't have what you ordered on skip just an excuse.

Love Freshii overall but as of late this location isn't great. Have ordered in person and through their app recently-in person, they seem understaffed and unsure of what to do / what to make- one of the items wasn't what I ordered, the other one had so much sauce it was almost soupy.Through the app: I received my food 2 hours late, was completely cold, and when I called the store to check in they said I could come pick it up (which kind of ruins the point) or wait until another day.Used to love eating here so hope it gets sorted out.

Took 5 minutes before they acknowledged me standing there. I asked for a twist bowl with no green onions. They didn’t have chicken available because it was “frozen”. Fifteen minutes later I got my bowl with green onions. They seem understaffed. I would give them 1 star but the lady actually said bye to me when I left.
Lady at the front was super rude. I asked for what was on the poster. She said it was discontinued in a rude tone. Maybe the sign should be taken down?I also asked for no tomatoes and when they were about to give me my order they looked over and started whispering. I had a feeling there was tomatoes but with the see through lid I saw none and looked at my friends who had the same bowl just different protein with tomatoes. Got back home to find they covered the tomatoes in sauce and placed the chicken over top. Very rude and just immature. Very disappointed with how this place is run. Looking at the reviews afterwards and seeing mostly negative, I will not be coming back.

If you like undercooked rice, long wait times, and rude staff, this place is amazing.Update: returned here thinking my past experience was a one off. I received steak with ice shavings on it. We politely asked if this could be fixed and they looked at us like we killed their first born.

Can't give 0 stars. I ordered here a few months ago through door dash and my order had rotten avocados on it. It smelled bad and was brown. I thought maybe it was a one off. I ordered again and this time received the wrong order even after leaving in the message area that please give me fresh avocados. There aren't even any avocados in this order I was delivered! I've called them and they don't answer, I've emailed and called their head office and nothing.Do not order from this place unless you want to be disgusted or disappointed.
