I had an excellent experience at Freshslice Pizza. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the food was served fresh and on time.
I would especially like to recognize Jiya for her outstanding customer service. She was professional, courteous, and very attentive throughout my visit. Employees like her truly enhance the overall dining experience.
Highly recommend this location for both the quality of food and the exceptional service.
From being alright quality and mediocre service when they opened up in our city to lower quality pizza (quite lacking toppings and cheese and delivery time was very slow) to now thought to give them another chance and to discover the online prices are extremely expensive and recently changed to rip everyone off. How can you charge a high mark up on each pizza for delivery fees??? THEN YOU AUTOMATICALLY APPLY A 10 PERCENT MINIMUM TIP!! Ethical practices would be a delivery fee no matter how many pizzas I buy, now you want a delivery fee for each pizza and mandatory tip! You guys can go you know where! CHILLIWACK DIE HARD RESIDENTS, STOP GOING HERE AS A MATTER OF PRINCIPLES! Shame on this corporation for scamming the public every which way they can.
