Hana Sushi Chilliwack

We visited today for our dinner. My daughter ordered more food usually what we need for 4 people 2 adult and 2 kid. We couldn’t eat everything, so ask them for a take out box. We put everything in that box but unfortunately we forgot to take it, as my family need to go cottonwood mall. Within 15mins while we identify didn’t took that box from this restaurant. I went there immediately and looking for my daughter’s food. Unfortunately they trashed that food, reason behind their food safety policy, which i understood. But surprisingly they don’t care for their customers which is very concerning. They didn’t even ask to remake a that monster roll for my daughter, whereas we paid $12 tip for their service as well. I’ll never visit your restaurant again. Thank you guys :(

I am so disappointed. I'm not a frequent regular, but occasionally, and recently I've switched to plant-based eating. Today, I ordered the vegetable gyoza, which, much to my dismay, was absolutely pork gyoza. I asked in advance, I called afterwards, and when I said "it looks like pork, tastes like pork," the server said "I don't know what to tell you."
I'm not stupid. There is no way that was tofu at all. I haven't eaten meat in a year, but I cook it regularly, as well as tofu sometimes, and there is absolutely no way that was not pork. The part that bothers me is the lack of accountability that maybe there was a mistake? No. I'm wrong because it said vegetable gyoza on the receipt.
This is incredibly frustrating, and I wonder how many others were deceived, ordering something that was supposedly meat free when it's not.

Ordered takeout and when I got home I noticed that one of the boxes was leaking and it made a mess on my car seat. I’ve ordered take out from many restaurants in the past and this never happened to me.

The teriyaki had no flavour and the overall quality and freshness of the vegetables and chicken was poor. It tasted like it was made a few days ago and they just reheated it.

I was very disappointed as this restaurant has a 4.3/5 rating on Google and I was expecting a positive experience but I cannot recommend this place.

Our server was really rude and pushy. She sat us in a dark booth so we couldn’t read the menu. We asked to be moved but the tables were not cleaned from the last customers. The plate size has changed and they charge you more. I had the Alaskan roll and when I got it, it was half the size than usual and dry. The tempera I had was over cooked and became soggy and tasteless. My family and I will not be returning.

Food was okay as we're super hungry. ? One thing I didn't like was the server telling us that they were short staff so order bento box as it is easy and fast for them to make.

I called in an order today.It was a Red Dragon Roll&Dynamite roll.When I was told it would be over $30 I canceled the order.If we contiune to pay way to much the price will go up more.Don"t get me wrong I do understand cost. Look up cost per serving,Wake up BC and tell the restaurant NO.
