Not the old Jim's but still the pizza is ok. No more dough balls, Crust is not the old doughy stye I like. Toppings are generous. Cheese is lighter than the past. It's hard to make great pizza without it costing $50 a pie so I think they are doing alright with their new style. I like their deal combos. Staff are friendly. No complaints but yeah, I do miss the old style.

The pizza me and my family received tonight, was some of the best tasting pizza I have had in a long time. My kids are super picky and they also loved their pizza. Keep up whatever you guys are doing. It definately shows you take pride in you food. Good job friends! You'll be seeing me and my famjam again for sure.

Worst pizza. It was not cooked in center. When I spoke to Manager he said "if you had an order that you picked up at 5:30 it is very busy and the younger staff don't check to see if it cooked, but we check, we could make you a good one right now" No Thank you!
I was overwhelmingly surprised by how good the pizza was at Jim’s. Ordered a medium house special with extra sauce ‘to go’, as a walk in. For the record, I was hungry so anything would have been ok.
HOWEVER, the quality and flavour were outstanding! The crust had just the right amount of crunch, but also some doughy goodness in the bite. Generous amount of toppings, the cheese was crisped but not burned, and the sauce had just the right amount of tang that I enjoy. Best of all, it was ready in 11 min. I could not have asked for more.
Wish I had snapped a photo. I will absolutely come back again.

My pizza has thin soggy crust in the middle and super thick dough on the edge. The toppings fall off and it was just barely cooked. Very disappointing
