This pizza is consistently terrible. The crust is doughy and found ANOTHER hair in our pizza. Called to let them know and they said the hair wasn't possible. I asked if they wear hair nets and they did not answer my question. The pizza was hot so there's a star and they were Pilote and friendly upon pick up.

We ordered from Jim’s tonight and it was horrible. Usually it’s fine but tonight the dough was flat, hard and slightly raw. It was like it hadn’t risen, and the toppings were burnt. A disappointment for sure.

Jim's used to be the place to go so thought it's been couple yrs since we tried and wow only thing I can say is won't be back wings tasted like refry pizza was like cold as I was pickup was just wasn't happy with the quality as they used to be top notch won't be back sorry Jim's pizza you guys were number 1 now your not even on the board. I’ve been ordering from Jim’s Pizza for years, and they’ve never let me down. The pizza is consistently fresh, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. Their specialty pizzas are amazing ,staff are always friendly and the service is fast, whether we pick up or get delivery. The portions are generous, prices are fair, and the food is always hot and satisfying. Their pasta is another awesome dish one cant resist
