We ordered from Jim’s tonight and it was horrible. Usually it’s fine but tonight the dough was flat, hard and slightly raw. It was like it hadn’t risen, and the toppings were burnt. A disappointment for sure.
Worst pizza. It was not cooked in center. When I spoke to Manager he said "if you had an order that you picked up at 5:30 it is very busy and the younger staff don't check to see if it cooked, but we check, we could make you a good one right now" No Thank you!
We were really happy with our pizza’s tonight!! Tons of toppings and the pizza was still so hot upon arrival . Loved the Hawaiian BBQ chicken the most! But both were delicious.
