We ordered from Jim’s tonight and it was horrible. Usually it’s fine but tonight the dough was flat, hard and slightly raw. It was like it hadn’t risen, and the toppings were burnt. A disappointment for sure.

Great pizza ! The business is CLEAN inside with nice employees who wear gloves when making the pizzas. The pizza was tasty and great crust ! I was just so happy to go inside and see respectable employees making my food following food safe protocols. I will definitely be back again. Also, contrary to other reviews, the hot wings were AWESOME! Very generous portions and I like how they cooked them.

Don't order their wings! They SUCK! Especially the hot wings. Whatever hot sauce they use they should stop! The flavour is not good and is also very salty. My wings were also over done. Their pizza is okay and their prices are decent though.

Growing up eating jims for 22 years since we moved to chilliwack. I never thought jims would end up the low grade pizza and service that it has now become. Absolutely dissapointing and heartbreaking.
