New ownership. More variety on the menu but, the chicken is nowhere even close to as good as it once was. Sardis is now the destination for fried chicken , service here was ok and as i say the chicken is ok but the old johns was one of the best ever. Strange place now two seperate resturaunts with different offerings depending on what time you come in .
Food was awesome, very large portion. Service was great. And atmosphere was very peaceful.
The breakfast was cooked perfect.

Heard that they were serving breakfast, server was patient and kind . Prices and portion sizes seemed fair . Not mind blowing food but pretty decent . I’d try something else on the menu next time
