Just ordered takeout from KDT for the first time. Everything was delicious. So happy to have this gem close to home. The paronthas were delicious...chole bhature also great!

Very experienced south Asian food consumer. This might be the best I have ever had. Aloo Tikki to start. Shai Paneer, Kadai Chicken and two orders of Chicken Korma (1🔥 + 1❄️). All very 👍. Fantastic server!

Got misled by the rating on Google. This is an Indian cuisine restaurant nestled in the small town of Yarrow. Being an Indian I like to look for authentic foods around me and I was so looking forward to visiting KDT. The atmosphere was ok, typical of any Indian restaurant and the service was ok too. But when it came to food, it wasn't fresh or authentic at all. Especially the Tandoori Kabab was smelly and stale. When I asked the waiter, she apologized and did nothing. They billed us for the stale chicken which we didn't eat at all. I think the city authorities should investigate the kitchen for adherence to code.

If you are around the area and looking for authentic food, I would recommend driving a little ahead to Vedder for Malwa or go downtown to Dosa Club. Our family was very disappointed by the quality of the food served in KDT and hope they improve.

I ordered chole bhature from them through Uber. The bhatura tasted so bad and even god bad odour. I believe they used expired flour. I ordered first time from them and i didn’t like it at all. I was just expecting some good food after a long day. Very disappointed.

Just had a wonderful dinner at KDT, first time there. Chef was at Lakeside Pizza cooking delish Indian food there for 10 years, now owns her own restaurant! I took advice from previous reviews & tried the Chole Bhature (fried spiced bread with chickpeas in gravy, yogart mix & ground fresh coriander, mmmm!), Kadai Chicken (medium hot, best Indian chicken dish I've ever had), chicken quesadilla (made with tandoori chicken & naan bread, perfect combo & again delicious!) & the Shai Pizza (absolutely perfectly cooked) & garlic naan. Topped off with chai tea, one of the best Indian etc meals I've ever had! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We were traveling from Ontario to British Columbia and stopped at KDT on our way to Cultus Lake and I must say, it was one of the best food experiences we’ve ever had! Everything was fresh and flavorful, and what really stood out was their mojito made with real fresh fruit something you don’t find often. You can really taste the difference. The service was amazing too! The girl who served us was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing an Ik Onkar locket, and her recommendations were spot on.
