They have a wonderfully set up shop, front facing displays always well maintained and presented; organized and clean as you would want an ice cream shop to be, but still manages to feel like "home" when you visit.
The ice cream is great, the Egg Nog and Bubblegum Burst always being family favorites. May be produced commercially? I'm not sure? But still tastes rich and close to artisan shops in flavor and mixing.
And the service is always amazing, the staff is always very patient and willing to take the time to make sure you're happy with your order; bonus points that they are also very inclusive of kids and letting them speak for themselves.
10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back next season!

My 8year old son has some disabilities and sensory issues and the only kind of icecream he will eat is vanilla. As we were looking at what kind of options there were for us to choose from one of the workers decided to scrap the bottom of the old vanilla bucket into the new one. And all I could see was the left over from other kinds of icecream mixed in with that scoop. Then as we were ready the worker at the till decided to yell and get rude with me and my son because we weren't ordering our ice cream properly. But yet there are no signs posted anywhere telling you how to order properly and with it being our first time there how were we supposed to know. So I went to the till and proceeded to tell her our order and just as I was about to ask that my son's scoops be just the vanilla and not the leftovers she said "not my job, move along." So then I moved down the line and told the person who was doing my son's order what we needed in order to make this outting a good one without any hiccups and I thought this girl actually listened to me but unfortunately she did not. She had the leftovers scoop at the bottom and then a small scoop of just vanilla on top hidding it. That is until my son started eating it and got the chunks and tastes from other flavors in his mouth and then we'll that was it. He was mad and upset and angry and knocked his bowl over and then got down, ran to our vehicle got inside and proceeded to hit the chairs and himself. Now if the workers would have just listened to me the customer then maybe my son and the rest of my family would have been able to finish enjoying our time out together and his icecream wouldn't have been a trigger and he would have remained happy. So it's safe to say that unless we hear that the staff there have been properly trained on how to listen to the customers and what they would like and how they would like it then we definitely will not be going back there. And we've also stopped many many other families from going there as well since we don't want them ending up with the same experience as we had. Since they have children with disabilities.

With milkshakes thicker than you've ever seen and a nice salt water taffy and candy collection too. You can't go wrong on date night, family day, spontaneous summer trips, birthdays, anniversaries or even to boost the serotonin on a glum day. Kent's will put a smile on your face and blow your taste buds away. If you are a coconut fan then i implore you to try their heavenly coconut ice cream concoction. It is to die for. 20/10.

Our Baseball team came here after they won The Westerns Qualifer and are Going to the Nationals in 2 weeks! Everyone loved their Ice Cream Cones and my Coconut ? ice cream in a Waffle Cone was delicious and my husband had the Raspberry Cheesecake flavor and wow it was amazing too. The scoops were great size too. Definitely will make a trip back to try another flovor!!
Kid-friendliness: Nice covered area to sit outside but we chose a nice spot under a tree outside! It was so nice. Also had some sitting inside as well if you so chose. Inside bathroom as well.
