Best fries I ever had in Canada!!!! I am from Belgium originally, where the fries were invented, and I can safely say they would even be in the top there!! The only difference is that in Belgium it is tradition to fill your pack of fries over the edge - I wish it was the same here. 😁 Great friendly service as well, and dog friendly, so we'll be back very soon I guess!!!

Tried the farmers sausage and fresh made fries. Yup - the 4.9 stars are true. Bit of a wait as it’s made fresh to order. But so worth it!

I’ve never had a better dog than at Kev’s. The man has to the best service and food this side of the 49th.
Such a nice area to stop before/after going in the area for camping or a day trip.
Hotdogs are delicious and reasonably priced! Plenty of toppings to choose and they're super friendly here.

My mom talked this place up and she’s brought my kids here a few times so when we were in a pinch for dinner we decided to stop in. Hours state they are open until 7. Another group was there sitting down. We tried ordering a large fry and a hot dog for my children to split at about 4:30 in the afternoon. The guy told my mom it was “too hot out” and he wasn’t making anymore fries. That he only was going to do a small because that was what he ready to go. (During this the kids decided they were gonna get a hot dog each so we had gone back up to order that as well.) When my mom was done ordering there was a fry sitting at the counter, she mistakenly assumed it was hers as the gentlemen had made the comment about not cooking more fries. She went to grab them and the “gentlemen” working rudely told her they weren’t hers. My mom explained she was sorry she had thought they were cause he said he wasn’t making anymore. She let the other people know she was also sorry and told them their fries were ready. From around the corner of the hut I could hear him getting into it with my mom, raising his voice at her and being extremely rude telling her she shouldn’t just “assume things are hers” (with a very aggressively rude tone) It was all a simple misunderstanding but the way he treated her, raising his voice being rude and arguing with a paying customer. I ended up coming over and asking for our money to be returned because we would take our business elsewhere. I’ve worked in kitchens my entire life and not once would any business agree with arguing with a customer and literally making them feel small and stupid over a little mistake. And I definitely wouldn’t try and tell them they have to change their order because it’s too much of an inconvenience for me in the heat. Heat or not this was totally unacceptable behaviour to display to a paying customer. My mom did mention that the guy working isn’t the actual owner so it’s nice to know he’s running other peoples’ business in the ground with his poor work ethic and people skills. Glad she’ll be taking her business else where from now on !
