went thru drive-thru and ordered a Big Crunch...there was a crunch...OF BONES! my burger was full of bones, had to drive all the way back to let them know, and they didn't seem concerned, just made me a new one and didn't want to talk about it. They all talked about it in their own language and kept looking at me but wouldn't talk to me. So slow. Waited 20 minutes for my order
I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up half an hour after placing my order I was told it would be 20 minutes. I don't think they even got my order, they couldn't find it at first. I left and came back after another 20 minutes and still waited another 10 minutes. it was 6:30 and they were closing.
