The absolute worst chicken I have ever had , chicken was sopping wet with grease , fries were cold and soggy the sides were puny for a 9 piece dinner . Never going back disgusting garbage and it cost me $30.00.

Don't ever go to this kcf the staff is absolutely rude disrespectful I waited 30 for my cause they forgot about me and did an online order then to finally get it i was missing stuff from my order I told the they hung up on me twice great customer service I wish I could give the zero stars they are an absolute joke for a business shame u kcf and ur staff on Yale will never go back and will tell everyone I know never to come to ur kcf ever

Food wax ok, but we went threw the drive threw for an 8 piece boneless bucket. 20 min drive home open bag and there is no fries. Feel real ripped off. Wont br back for sure.

I refuse to go here anymore. Last night the chicken was so greasy again. The skin looks dark and drenched in grease. The chicken itself is just slippery to eat it is so disgusting. I was hungry last night decided give it a chance but No More. The fries were all soft and wilted. The debit machine wasn't working the girl wanted me to hand her my card to go use at the other debit machine. I said No and I don't have tap anyway. My card doesn't leave my sight Anywhere. Ya don't bother going here. The chicken is Always drenched on grease. The onion rings always taste like old old grease ughh
