You order 10 chicken strips and I was given 9. That’s okay it happens, but 3 sauces were cheaply given. 3 sauces for 10 pieces of chicken is ridiculous. Chicken strips are way smaller, knowing I will never go back to any KFC again. 30$ just strips.

The shop is being run like it is not part of a big corporation but a family run business in a bad neighbourhood. Went there to pick up an order, as I work for one of the food delivery apps. Was told to wait five minutes and I waited twenty. Went in to inquire and was told two more minutes, all the while the app was asking me what’s wrong? Waited ten more minutes and went in and simply asked the manager what is the issue and what can I do in this situation?
He rudely replied that I can make a complaint but also went ahead and told me that he didn’t care and no one is gonna care. I did what he asked me to and now he has banned me from the store.
KFC is on its way out as there has been a general decline in food quality and service. No wonder it is so.

Their attitude is on top of this world. Their customer service is the worst. They pulled me out of driveway one day inside the restaurant just to tell me that they can’t help me with my order.
This female manager today literally asked me not to come to the restaurant any more because last time i had complained about them. They are always late super late and upon questioning they get offended and ask you straight to complain about them. Lol it’s like a joke.

Ordered 2 for 12 offer which included 2 fries. 2 popcorn chicken ans 4 chicken pieces to go. When opened box only 3 chicken piece were there. I called them and she told she will verify and get back. No body called. These students serving talk very nicely but cheat on food. Pls verify when you take out

The service was horrendous! We did an online order but it took them over an hour to prepare it when it said it would be ready in 20. Horrible service and the food was not fresh at all. So disappointed. Not going to this location again! I will drive across town any day!

I’ve ordered from this location a couple times and every time they’ve forgotten parts of my order and I don’t realize until I’m home and it’s too far to go back. I wish there was a way to get a refund for online ordering or get what was forgotten for free next time I order :( I understand everybody makes mistakes and from now on I will be double checking everything in the bag but it’s quite disappointing to be missing food every time I order from here :(

It has been a consistent issue to make us wait for 10 minutes or more in every pickup though had placed the order 20-30 minutes in advance.Store staff today was disrespectful did not appreciate or apologize for not providing timely pickup and blamed the ordering system and when enquired about the delay became argumentative and said will refund the amount.Pathetic customer service for a brand,train your staff and respect customer time.

Had a delivery with Uber, the driver was perfectly fine, Food arrived hot. However the restaraunt itself is another matter. They messed up the order and I did not recieved what I asked for and when trying to talk to the counter person, she had no manners whatever, absolutely refused to listen, just kept on talking and had the nerve to tell me I didn't know what I ordered. Absolute ignorance. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had ordered a meal worth $19... And since there was no Bun included in the meal i told can i have a bun, i could pay for that, but the staff would not do it.. I told you can ask ur manager, she did not want to reply.. I believe this is a bad experience.... Even if we arr ready to pay they wont provide us with what we need.....
