Person could not understand anything I was saying, went to the order window she still couldn’t understand what I was saying, eventually she thought she understood. 15 minutes later I got my food and the order was wrong. Will never come back.

Went in yesterday evening for 4pc chicken and 4 strips meal. We had to order online at the window as they do not have the same menu items in the restaurant as they do online, which is weird. Also got a Tuesday special which we were given right away. I was told that the meal would be 3-4 minutes and to park in the front but after 20 mins we went inside to inquire as we still didn’t have our food. Staff apologized. The chicken was fresh and hot but it’s odd that there was not any chicken ready for takeout. It seems that it is being made to order here and this is not our first time with the issue. The restaurant was empty and there was nobody else in the drive through. It’s not like we ordered a massive amount either. If you have a lot of time to wait then it’s fine but if you don’t I would go elsewhere.

Ordered a big crunch with tomatoes and cheese... they didn't put any chicken on the sandwhich..zero chicken. Literally a bun with cheese lettuce and tomato..ridiculous

Nice to know that KFC does not provide their stores with batter for spicy chicken as told to me from workers. Must cost $.10 per piece more so the store won't bring it in. Never going back.

Didn't take proper order then shared with the worker of what I actually ordered she said it would take 4-5 mins I said OK they went to the back and I didn't see anyone making anything heard goofing around then one walked by 15 more mins later I asked if the twister wrap was ready yet she went to the back and started to make the twister wrap no acknowledgment of the time delay no sorry about the mix up or sorry for not being on top of things.

You order 10 chicken strips and I was given 9. That’s okay it happens, but 3 sauces were cheaply given. 3 sauces for 10 pieces of chicken is ridiculous. Chicken strips are way smaller, knowing I will never go back to any KFC again. 30$ just strips.

The shop is being run like it is not part of a big corporation but a family run business in a bad neighbourhood. Went there to pick up an order, as I work for one of the food delivery apps. Was told to wait five minutes and I waited twenty. Went in to inquire and was told two more minutes, all the while the app was asking me what’s wrong? Waited ten more minutes and went in and simply asked the manager what is the issue and what can I do in this situation? He rudely replied that I can make a complaint but also went ahead and told me that he didn’t care and no one is gonna care. I did what he asked me to and now he has banned me from the store. KFC is on its way out as there has been a general decline in food quality and service. No wonder it is so.
