I had ordered a meal worth $19... And since there was no Bun included in the meal i told can i have a bun, i could pay for that, but the staff would not do it.. I told you can ask ur manager, she did not want to reply.. I believe this is a bad experience.... Even if we arr ready to pay they wont provide us with what we need.....

I ordered last week for 14 pcs combo they gave me 8 very small chicken legs lol very disappointed and cannot return as we are very hungry because we are doing house renovation and order using skip the dishes app .so many times already that they includes more legs than it should. but this last order is the worst can you imagine 8 very small legs on 14 pcs order.I will never order again in this place.

Best customer service ever, i went inside the store to order my food and store was super clean, the guy who took my order was really nice ,he was perfect at his job as he knows how to upsell things. Entire staff has positive attitude.

Been here a couple times.. only ever in the drive through and I have to note the customer service is so rude to people it’s very surprising. My vet happens to be right across from this location and often I’ll overhear the lady taking orders being extremely rude to random customers, unprovoked. Yikes. The food isn’t consistent but I’ve been cursed with a love for their chicken tenders, I digress.
I tend not to go out much, but every so often i pop by this location after work as the staff are usually quick to get my order taken and my food out to me. Foods always fresh and the store is generally clean as long as its not packed around dinnertime. Alot of these reviews seem to be for sardis, but i never have these problems others have. Give chilliwacks location a chance, you never know unless you go :)

Chicken was cold. When I requested hot food she gave me look that I should’ve ask her for good food for my kid and then she microwaved it which is super hot and my kid BURNT his mouth. This how you going get treated. And they don’t were name tag because….!

Would have left 0 stars if it were an option rude rude rude staff thought the girls eyes were going to pop out of her head rolling her eyes at me when I told her I had a coupon for my meal then proceeded to argue with me I can see why she wasn't wearing a name tag girl with short blonde hair you should be more kid to your patrons not to mention they took three billion years waiting in the drive through line not sure how this is fast food will not be back here ever

Just dropped in to ask why the app is not working because we wanted to use the offer . We were basicly just told by the manager it is not my effin problem. He was so rude . Unbelievable. So we just swung by Popeye's instead. Besides last few times you always get that bone piece with no meat and the rest are super greasy anyway . Never again!
