Delivery order, 6 piece bucket, all white meat, almost $60, first they said the order was at a different store, then after the other store said it wasn't at their store, they said they refreshed their orders and it was there, got the order, 5 pieces instead of 6 and refused to fix it, I will be calling corporate headquarters regarding this, considering they hung up on me and refused my calls

This place customer service is horrible! The floors amd tables aren't clean and haven't been cleaned. It definitely gives a "ick" vibe. Food is sloppy and or sitting for awhile. Other KFC in town is way better!

We ordered a plant-based burger meal and chicken tenders. The burger patty was watery, and we felt something was off. I tried one chicken tender and it tasted like it was fried in dirty oil. Within 30 minutes, I had terrible food poisoning and was sick all day. Customer service was awful. This is the worst KFC I’ve ever experienced. Avoid it if you don’t want to get sick.
Went Drive thru - and order zinger chicken combo . It tasted great and fresh . Thanks to Parneet for excellent customer service with her big smile . Will come again

Poor management, Mickey Mouse communication,took 30 minutes for two tacos, literally no one in the lobby, but still staff is Busy deciding what they want to have for lunch not caring about customers if there is an option for zero stars I would have opted for that. Highly not recommended to this place. did not even receive a receipt for my order, so I don’t know what kind of restaurant.

Ordered KD Mac & Cheese snack wraps... something was missing (see photo). This is hands down the worst KFC/Taco Bell location I've ever been to in North America and Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant and I travel all over for work.
The staff don't care AT ALL, it's even visible on their faces. You can walk in to the store and up to the counter or drive up to the speaker and wait 5 to 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge your existence. You see them look at you so they know you're there, they just continue to ignore you while they finish chatting in the kitchen or the office.
Last visit I ordered 2 different Burritos and the staff member had to have me point them out on the menu because she had no idea what I was talking about. I then received 2 of whatever burrito they felt like making. Both were exactly the same (supposed to be 2 different burritos) and they weren't either type of burrito that I ordered.
Save yourself some time, go to Taco Del Mar for burritos/tacos in Chilliwack and go to any other chicken place for chicken.
