Every time we go, they never have crispy chicken and constantly give you legs , very small pieces to be exact. Also the drive through is run poorly as you could be in a 30 minute lineup then suddenly they just close down and send you on your way without service. This has happened far too many times, we won’t be going back. Out of respect for customers they should send a employee outside with cones and make it known they are out of food or closing soon so you don’t get trapped in the drive through. Very rude customer service at this locationParking: Tight stalls, trucks don’t fit and get ready for door dents! Parking is frustrating at this location

Everytime we order skip the dishes for dinner we always order quite a bit of food including a large chicken bucket, 2 macaroni salads , popcorn chicken , 2 large fries , and chicken burger . But this is what we actually received not once but twice. We got the chicken , but instead we got 1 coleslaw , 1 half full cold fry, popcorn chicken , and chicken burgers with no toppings . Unfortunately if I could put 0 stars I would. I contact skip and they say kfc is accountable for food preparation but kfc says the same thing about skip so absolutely not sure ?

Terrible service. Couldn't even find a place to sit, the tables AND chairs were disgusting. Covered in food crumbs, sauces and sticky. The lady was confused with the menu. Bad experience. No soap in the bathroom to wash our hands before eating at the dirty tables. Decided to take the food home after we were waiting for over 30

First time for us to go to KFC in Chilliwack. It was a terrible drive thru service. As we were going through we noticed the $5.49 deal which included 2 pieces of chicken, fries and popcorn chicken. My husband asked for 3 orders of that deal. The cashier said it wasn't available anymore and her manager emailed her to say that deal was over , yet the electronic sign was up. After a little disagreement she asked us to drive up to the window. She started again, that the deal was no longer available as per her manager. I told the cashier you have to honor the price as it is still posted. After a lot of arguments , I asked her for her manager's contact number.. She vanished for a while and came back to say she had approved us to get the deal. What a day to ruin a perfectly sunny picnic day. I was so disappointed with the service. It was an embarrassing moment. Even when we had to wait a long time for our order , she never parked us. 2 boxes of food looked and tasted fresh but the last box wasn't good. It was stale and chicken was very chewy as compared to the 2 other boxes. Thank youKid-friendliness: Kids eat hereThere is seating indoors.
Had to leave a 1 star because there was a miscommunication on my order, and I tried to resolve it through a phone call and the lady that was on the other end was quite rude and arrogant on the fact that I was supposedly in wrong .

Some how gotten worse. Meal took 30 minutes for food from the quick menu. Table behind me was a mess with nothing done to clean it. If you weren't the only non McDonald's fast food restaurant omw home after work I would never come here
Long wait times. You will get the pleasure of seeing all the rats running around outside the restaurant while you wait for your food. Staff doesn’t want to seem to work. They don’t want to cook you fresh food if it’s not already cooked and ready. How does a chicken place just run out of chicken? And to get an eye roll when asking which sauces are offered and be told no dipping sauces available for chicken strips?? Atleast give the customers warning or something for compensation when you order chicken strips. Is sauce not usually a given along side chicken strips? This is unreal. It’s unfortunate. Sauce less chicken strips is a criminal offence!!

I'm not sure what is going on. I pulled I to drive through and was told they would be with me in just one moment... and then am left sitting here for quite a while. I've been sitting here for about 20 min waiting. I've got places to be. Driving g away hungry. Not cool. Don't come here if you want fast food fast, or service at all!

This place is embarrassing, as I waited and incredibly long time for my mobile order, 4 out of 5 of the orders in front of me had an error. When my order was up they didn’t have the dipping sauce I ordered, a frustration but not the end of the world. But when I got home have opened up the food I was only give 7 out our the 8 chicken tenders I paid for and one tiny baby tender. This franchise should be pulled.
