A location that can't be beat, great atmosphere. The food is delicious. I usually get the breakfast burrito a morning muffin and a flat white. The smoothies are delicious as well. I love this local spot.

Had a really yummy breakfast this morning! I had the brekkie sandwhich done vegan and my friends had the regular version, I was so impressed that they even did vegan egg in the sandwich and it was so delicious! Everyone enjoyed the food and the coffee was great.

I’m mainly a consumer of the Yoga, all of the instructors are amazing, I love it here so much I got the unlimited membership and unlike my gym membership I actually use this one!
I also on occasion stay for a bite of food and a drink after and early class and the food and drink is fabulous

The food is truly exceptional; it's one of the best I've ever had in Canada. Even the yogurt is perfect, not too sweet, healthy. The chai tea latte was so good, not too strong. I will revisit this place whenever I pass by the city.

Absolutely love this place! I average about 4 classes a week at their yoga studio now because I feel every teacher offers something special and different. I’ve also enjoyed hot beverages to go and delicious brunches with friends here. I’ve been coming since they opened and this has been a really wonderful addition to our neighbourhood here!
