Little Caesars Pizza

This used to be the best location, but now under the new owner it sucks. They have taken away the option of ordering custom pizzas, which in a family with food abrasions and autistic people is a huge thing. Guess we will have to find a new weekly pizza spot and give our money to. Only up side to this place is the people working there who actually care about their customers and go the extra mile but when you owners who don’t care and take away staples from the customers your going to lose them.

Very bad service ,very slow staff, they don’t care about customers , just sit there watching them what are they doing,not coming back lots of good pizza option out there.

We ordered online and when I got to the location, I noticed two other people waiting and so stepped aside and did the same. 5 mins turned into 10. By now one of the customers got their order, so I asked the remaining person “have you been helped?”. She had.

I waited another 5 minutes, and this last customer got their order. By now I was waiting for 15 min which then turned into 20. Finally I was asked who I was and I proceeded to tell them I was order 95.

To my surprise my order was sitting in the hot and ready oven….it was there when I initially arrived. So sometimes I like to play this game to see if a) anyone will greet or acknowledge me and b) how long it will take to get any level of service.

Now here is the sad part about this younger generation. This pizza location had three people working which seemed reasonable, but no one greeted me when I arrived, asked if I was there for order/takeout/pick up, and no greeting, goodbye or thanks for my purchase.

It is sad that our youth don’t know how to interact, speak to another human being or know the basics of customer service. As a business owner, I feel bad for retail business who rely on competent, customer service people. It’s basic, it’s simple 101 stuff…..so is is technology that is making our kids dumb and dumber? Is it that business don’t care to coach, teach, train?

Anyways, this was a bad experience tonight. Food is subpar for what we paid. Overall I won’t be going back.

went there 3 times since moving to chilliwack afew months ago, and each time the pizza was burnt so i will not being going back.

Tonight we ordered a ‘thick’ Hawaiian pizza and a regular cheese pizza. The girl on the phone did not ask what we meant by ‘thick’ so decided to input it as ‘thin’ and proceeded to charge us for a special pizza which was nearly twice the price of a regular pizza. I arrived and paid for it all while I waited for them to finish making I and then realized they made the wrong pizza. They wouldn’t do anything about it because we didn’t actually say ‘deep dish’. It seems they didn’t understand what the word ‘thick’ means. It didn’t even occur to them to ask what ‘thick’ meant? I am so throughly unimpressed and angry with this store seeing it was the first time ordering here. Not only that, it was cut weirdly in squares on a round pizza. I don’t think I could ever go back here. They were completely useless and refused to fix their mistake.

Food poisoning every single time I get anything from this location.

They forgot my dips, I drove back to get them and the two young people working there couldn't of cared less and seemed like they did not wanna be there. Crazy bread is not bad but the pizza is terrible. Definitely won't be back.

Acted like I'm trying to steal mean while I had my receipt they just took my order 10 min served everyone else and I had to show my receipt to get my order like really ?????

Absolutely worst pizza I ever ate in my 62 years on earth. It was cold, dry, barely any sauce and the pepperoni slices were paper thin. I wouldn't eat it again if it was free. They don't call it "Little" for nothing. The toppings were paper thin.
