My experience at the loose caboose was amazing. The guy that runs the café was so nice and gave us recommendations of what we would like based on our food preferences. He was warm and welcoming and so is the atmosphere. The food was amazing and their hollandaise sauce tops all of hollandaise sauce in Chilliwack I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family about this place.

Quality job, fresh ingredients, Quieter layout, local clientele Best eggs, Benedict and best hashbrowns I’ve had in a very long time. Hash browns weren’t rushed; they were crispy with brown bits and perfectly cooked inside. Eggs served soft, perfectly cooked, Hollandaise sauce was correctly made.
So few diners left that meet this standard pf exceptional quality and service.

Came from Abbotsford tried this place I had the Choo Choo skillet with side of hollandaise sauce, (Amazing) my man had the traditional eggs benny, (Amazing) service was great. Thank you Bruce and Chef🙌💕
