I've been getting tea from this place for years and since the new owners took over there have been some changes and I am not happy. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I stood there for 10 minutes and was completely ignored. Being a senior it happens often but in a tea shop you'd think they would pay a little more attention to us seniors and so I left. When I went back to pick up my favorite two teas they didn't have them. Now the clerk says my tea is only seasonal. Huh... Never had that problem with the previous owners. My teas were available all year round. I drink tea from the time I get up till I go to bed and this tea isn't cheap. I'm going to run out in a couple of days . I gave up coffee for health reasons and now it looks like I have to find a new tea shop. It really seems like you don't care about the previous loyal customers Bummer

Little trip to Paris. My favorite place for delicious coffee! They also specialize in Tea latte, Bengal Chai is pure magic! Big selection of tea blends. They also have lavender in their patio, boutique with products handpicked from Paris. The whole place takes you for a little trip to France.

This place is disappointing. No pricing on the teas, expensive drinks and sad pastries. Feels deceptive with their pricing as one has to ask for pricing when purchasing, and the tea is very expensive. #sad
The tea here is exceptional. The brewed iced tea is a must on a hot day.

Visited the new spot recently and enjoyed smelling the large variety of teas. There is a cafe menu with lots of drink options. There is a sitting area inside as well as a really nice outdoor space in the back. The small France themed shop attached has kids items and kitchen items.
My first time at the shop and the Parisienne Market attached was super cute. I'm always on the hunt for good teas and loving this new Raspberry Black tea. Enjoyed my London Fog on the back patio. Lovely atmosphere, great tea and staff. Will come back again for sure.

Beautiful decor and a huge selection of teas to choose from. There's even a shop attached with home decor items. Some are brought over from France. I ordered a blueberry fog and it was perfection. There's even an adorable outside sitting area in the back.

This little shop is lovely-- I am much more of a coffee person than a tea person, but Hailey very happily showed me around and helped me pick the most perfect Earl Greys I have ever tasted. Hailey was also knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with me and my daughter. Thanks for your help, Haley!
