I bought two bags of their popcorn, and when I got home, realized that one of the bags was outdated and when I phoned the store, they did a straight over trade of ice cream for the same amount. I was very grateful that they did this for me. The only reason why I don’t give them five stars is because of the outdated bag otherwise they’re great.

I used to really love the Marble Slab Creamery. Today was the first time I’ve been in years and I’ll never go back, unless it’s free. Today I ordered a regular ice cream with a chocolate dipped waffle cone ($12 total). The service and ice cream were good, but the cone was gross. ? It tasted old, stale, and was so hard the whole cone broke when I tried to bite it. Ice cream was everywhere. (Clothes, face, car) lol
The one little napkin they gave stuck to the bottom and sucked. This all happened while I was driving. I’d say I enjoyed 30% of a truly overpriced item.
I never thought an ice cream cone could make me so angry. ?

Ordered 3 types of ice cream thru skip.after accepting the order got a call from skip driver who connected me to server at creamery she didn't have 2 types so we canceled the order.
Next thing we know. .one order delivered at full charge!
We tried calling them. .refused to help
Bad experience

The chocolate on the chocolate covered cone is waxy and gross, the flavors are all artificial, it was obvious with the pistachio and the orange. Price wasn't bad, but it was the worst waste of 11 dollars I've ever spent.

Just because this place isn't for me, doesn't mean it isn't for you. Maybe your taste buds won't notice what mine do. The staff were all super friendly and explained everything to me in a clear and concise way.

The staff is both friendly and helpful, and the pricing is reasonable for high-quality cones and ice cream. On top of that, there are impressive toppings to choose from. My child was delighted, and we definitely plan to return.

Ice cream was runny and melting, they also added a lot of syrup which made it very sweet. ....
For the price, I recommend getting a bucket of good ice cream and some waffle cones. Nearly 11$ for one small cone.

Recommend the birthday cakes 100%!! The pink bubblegum with sprinkles as an add in for a girls’ birthday, and the strawberries and cream with added strawberries for any adults. Best ice cream cakes, tons of gluten free options, & amazing flavour choices!

Me and my morbidly obese mom went in on their grand opening. My mom ordered 3 Litres of ice cream but the worker had a hard time understanding her through her laboured breathing. My out of shape, fat mom was having a hard time carrying her 20 lbs of icecream out to the car and a girl offered to help her and said “it’s a lot of ice cream” which I consider fat shaming. How dare they concern themselves while I watch my obese mother kill herself with food!!! Truly unprofessional

I bought two ice cream cakes for my daughter’s birthday and all the kids and adults loved it!! Parveen was amazing in getting all the details and making sure we got exactly the flavours we were looking for, customer service 10/10!! I only wish the Bluey cake was covered with white icing to preserve the actual colours of the picture, that’s the reason for the 4 stars!!
