Mary Brown's Chicken

I love their Nashville chicken burger. I couldn't find it on the menu this time, so I didn't order.

Had a great experience at Mary Brown! The food was delicious and the staff was really friendly.

Incapable of taking a order by phone . Clerk took order I arrived order was apparently never taken . Clerk who greeted me was terribly trained . Tried to order but they tried selling my 13 pieces of something else . Just a complete gong show so I'm going to Popeyes . How in the heck do you run a business this way . Completely unprofessional. If you are incapable of basic communication why would I trust you to make my food. Seriously bad perhaps the worst staff I've seen in recent years.
The person who took my order was washing dishes or something in the back . It was pretty clear she couldn't care less to come and apologize and make it right . The completely unprofessional front end staff didn't seem to get customer service at all . Seemed like she didn't understand why after three attempts to get a order that should have been done already into some form of production .
What is the business here for ? Is this really the standards this company strives for .

Like I said if you can't be trusted to be responsible to take a order you sure as hell won't be preparing food for me . You can flood this page with fake reviews all you want but you are in the wrong business .

I came in the evening and asked is my meal was fresh as it appeared that they were cleaning everything to close. They ensured me it was all just made. When I got home, my poutine was super soggy and inedible. I called to share my experience and he claimed that the chicken is freshly cooked in 2 minutes and it is quick to make. He refused to do anything about their lack of a good meal and I told him I would not return. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning. Waste of money.

Had a great experience at Marry Brown! The food was fresh, delicious, and served hot. The chicken was crispy and flavourful, and the staff were really friendly and quick with service. The place was clean, the portions were good, and the prices were reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back again — highly recommend !!

I’ve been in this location a couple of times and the service is awful. Presumably the owner was standing on his phone, talking in another language (which common, decent manners indicate that this is rude. You don’t speak a different language infront of someone unless you know they know it.), made me wait for the better part of a minute and just said “Yes?” Like I was inconveniencing him for being there.

Funny how confident they can be in treating clients like that when there’s so many chicken places let alone fast food options in town.

Service infront desk was good but the cooks.. I ordered a 4 price meal & I ended up getting 2 chicken legs/wing, then the other 2 were little chicken tenders. Not worth the $50

The chicken is the best in town when the oil is changed regularly. When the oil is burned the chicken is dry and garbage. This location is like rolling the dice you just never know.

Staff are friendly and service wasn't much if a wait.

Has to be the worst Mary Browns I ever ate? I tried to feed it to the crows even they never ate it.It was that bad never again eat Mary Browns. In chilli whack.
