Typically when first open was 5 star now 4 years later they’re reheating overcooked poppins, tastes like old leather shoes, reheating chicken that is so dry you could crush it into powder, never busy never full they sell you hours old food to keep waste down
Disgusting won’t come here again

was first time trying mary browns and it went pretty good loved the food and chicken gravy sauce was too good overall staff was friendly and helpful. i ll recommend you guys to give it a try..✌🏻

This restaurant always delivers fresh, flavourful food with great consistency. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about customer service. it’s chicken sandwich day and Mary Browns has theirs on sale I ordered the Nashville and buffalo sandwich’s on their app which is quick and easy both sandwiches were meh…I didn’t care for the sauce on the Nashville and the flavour of the buffalo wasn’t the real deal the chicken portion was small good service and clean store

I ordered the batters box and 3 piece chicken strips combo, they served me in under 5 minutes (normally takes about 15 minutes or so). Chicken pieces were extremely dry and covered with old grease and potato Wedges were undercooked and biscuits were doughy in the middle.
The chicken fingers were extremely small and so overcooked
The texture was like Jerky.

I am so disappointed, Mary browns was my favorite but I won’t be returning to Garrison location.

The only good thing is the service, the girl behind the counter was very friendly and polite.

After receiving the incorrect order entirely, I phoned and was promised in twenty minutes I could pick up my correct order which I have paid for. When I arrived, nothing was ready and they tried to barter me out of the $7 chicken breasts I had paid for and instead give me drum sticks. When I offered to wait for the order to be done correctly before a third time, they assured me that they actually had the order, upon opening it at home, I was given burger patties instead of fried chicken. No refund - only a second round of incorrect food. Very unprofessional, especially the banter in a different language clearly about said order from the reluctant kitchen staff not wanting to do their job. We won't be back.

Showed up at 850pm... Google said was open til 10pm... they were ready to close...I walked out and went to Church's and got a free piece with my box
