Do you not order mcdonald's from any app. I just ordered 2'-6 piece chicken nuggets and 2 cookies. Its 1140pm Friday Nov 28th. I got my food within 11 minutes of ordering and my nuggets are so hard so old and cold - disgusting to me. In my opinion this is theft of my money. Selling old food because they're too lazy to make new food or to keep up with product control , I understand you guys make minimum wage , but it doesn't give you a right to sell old disgusting food

Worse McDonald's ever. Traveled cross Canada, have never received such terrible service in the drive thru. So bad, I go to the one in Walmart now
Desperate times call for desperate measures visiting this particular location. After four years of coming here, they still haven’t got it right and it has gotten worse over time. Long waits in the drive thru, nobody at the counter inside, yet there are so many staff standing around waiting for food and seemingly lost and confused. If you go here after dark, your food will be cold and old unless you ask for things to be fresh and always check your bag for nugget sauces before you leave the window. I needed some assistance today around 6:30pm and the manager came to help me, listened to me with obvious irritation, and then told me he would come right back, he left me standing there and just never came back at all. My unbagged and untrayed fries were left sitting on their dirty pick-up counter and when I asked for a new one they didn’t understand what I meant about leaving uncovered food on this publicly accessed dirty surface. You will be charged for a bag inside, but not in the drive thru. I am conscious of having low expectations, but this location is the worst and that is consistent. If you are in Chilliwack, I recommend the location on Luckakuck by the mall instead…in my experience.

I am tired of getting a mcchicken with sauce hanging off one side and the lettuce only in box. Purchased 2 meals and they were so kind to shove 2 meals in one bag... a B bag. Chicken, 6 piece, med fry and a large fry DO NOT fit in a B bag. I could not close the bag to keep food a little warmer.

I have been a fan of McDonalds food since I started working there at the age of 14, over 50years ago. While the taste still has me hooked, I was beginning to despair of the lack of public service offered in the majority of McDonald restaurants I’ve been into lately. Until today. As I was going through the drive-through, my engine started smoking. I quickly pulled away from the drive-through and into a parking area and within seconds two McDonald’s employees came running out to offer me help. They very quickly were able to not just tell me what was wrong with my engine, but show me what the problem was and advise me on how it would need to be fixed. This McDonald’s has been my McDonald’s of choice for a number of years now and this is just one of the reasons why. Customer care and quality of service are everything.

The food i get from this McDonald's a majority of the time is pretty good. Fresh fries are the best and I seem to that that more often than not from this location. The service is not bad either. The workers communicate well 👌🏼 I have only had someone meet up the fry size that was ordered once. I've only really been through the drive through so I can't say what the overall atmosphere is but for the drive through I say it's pretty good. Keep it up there is always room for improvement but you guys aren't doing so bad.
