Filthy tables and floor. Got my order wrong. Staff was noisy and inattentive. They were busy interacting with each other. Unable to help with use of mobile app or even rewards/Double Monopoly game. If this had been my first experience at McDonald's, it would have been my last.

Great service , horrible food. Nuggets I ordered were refried it tastes like and my burger was the driest bun I ever had. Normally it's iffy at these places but this was for sure not the best I ever had at a McDonald's
So I stopped by on a Thursday night to grab something on the way home and they have no staff which means they have no food. All their serving is ice cream and pop. This location is an absolute joke. Whoever owns this location should maybe sell it to someone who knows how to run it properly. I can’t give any stars because they didn’t have anything to give stars for.

The fact that he’s always busy, and then more than half of the personal not experiencing customer service let you experience, managers are always busy so even to complain about it. It’s hard. Everything else is like McDonald’s food, cheap, made of entertainment here and there, but that’s it.

Just went through the drive thru. It took over 25 minutes!! I was told to pull up and wait off to the side for fresh fries. I waited over 10 minutes and watched the next 8 cars come and leave through the drive thru. So I went in to see what was going on and the girl at the counter was very rude to say the least. She said they’re working on it and it’ll be ready when it’s ready. So back to my vehicle I went to wait another 5 minutes where the employee brings out half my order with a very annoyed and rude look on her face. So back in I go to get the second half of my order. Which is a major inconvenience to the person at the front counter . She makes me the missed items and basically throws it onto the counter for me to grab. Extremely unprofessional. I get it these kids are young but I wasn’t the one making the mistakes can’t be dealing with customers in this fashion it’s a complete joke. Managers should maybe do better screening or have a better customer service training program . I personally will never go back not tht they care
