Not a good experience, place was dirty particularly the washroom which smelled of piss and had papers all over the floor and a cup in the urinal… ordered a mcchicken and English muffin and about 5-7 min in noticed it was taking a long time so I asked they said the muffin wasn’t ready yet. Then about 5 min later they see a bag lying in the counter and then pull an English muffin from what was evidently the ready food bucket and an employee audibly said “oh there it is I was wondering why that bag was lying around there?” Sure there may be multiple orders but at least you gotta keep your orders accounted for and there wasn’t even that many people. Also no napkins were given but at least the food was of a normal quality.

This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I was inside the building August 25th, 2025, 5:20 p.m. Floor sticky, clearly dirty and littered with food stuff, garbage overflowing and a bunch of staff behind the counter with a free hand who SHOULD be sent to the floor to CLEAN THE HELL UP. Manager was expediting drive thru and coughing and sneezing, GO HOME, STOP COUGHING ON THE DRIVE THRU FOOD. I will be contacting corporate. Disgraceful, ABHORRENT. Edited to add : I live in Sardis and will gladly drive all the way to the Luckakuck location. This place gives me the ICK.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Unfortunately this is the closest mcdonalds to my house, but if im not in a rush I often go to the McDonald's on Luckakuck so I dont have to deal with this place. I never leave the parking lot anymore without checking the bag because the majority of the time either a single, or multiple items that were ordered are missing. Then when you kindly inform them your order is incorrect you get an attitude as if you're trying to scam them for extra sweet & sour sauce or a medium fry. It's very apparent that very few, if anybody that works here actually cares about the quality of their work. I will continue going out of my way to frequent other fast food places, even if its a much bigger inconvenience, to avoid ordering from this McDonald's. Also this is not a new occurrence, this has been the case for more years than I can remember.

We ordered food late night and the mc chicken and the nuggets were a little stale and the buns were hard. Hopefully they fix that issue because we actually like McDonald's alot.

I went for fries and ended up feeling stupid and frustrated.
I was ordering the new tropical beverage. -… and one large tropical beverage, please. Said it 3 times at the drive through order pole and then 3 more times when paying for my order and they couldn’t understand me. The beverages are advertised everywhere! I told the cashier, what am I saying wrong?! She answered “oh, you mean the Tropical FRUIT SPLASH Beverage”? I told her: oh god… really? I thought with tropical beverage would be enough to understand? And she has the audacity to answer me: YOU NEVER SAID BEVERAGE.
It was a communication issue, my fault I didn’t use the entire sentence to order it (…) but to come a tell me what I said or not?
