As noted by other reviewers, the portion sizes are laughable compared to other Mucho Burrito locations. Go to the Abbotsford location at Highstreet mall or Langley location and compare the portions. You legit get 1/2 of what the other locations give for the same price. The customer service is alright, I get they are doing their jobs but come on. They literally will give you attitude if you ask for the slightest more salsa… honestly just save your money and go to chopped leaf or something. The chicken bowl would fill me and up and I’d still have some left over… now it barely gets me full with the portion sizes. Huge downgrade over the years.

Blown away. At first, I was surprised by the process on the menu. For a fast-food joint, things seemed pretty expensive. Still, I had heard good things from others so, onward and upward I went and picked out something that sounded good.I ordered a Beef Carbonara burrito in the "Mucho" size, and they're not kidding. It was like holding a small child. The blend of flavors delivered by the fresh ingredients was a pleasant surprise and a wonderful shift away from the boring "mexican" food that's commonly available in Canada. I'm a large man, and it has been years since I've not been able to finish a meal in one sitting.The restaurant was clean, the staff were efficient, and the portions were hefty. I will be back to explore the rest of that menu. Well done!

Went in lastnight for take out after work. The veggies in my bowl were over seasoned with what seemed to be Cajun spice. Other than that, it's my go to place.

1-Out of Corns and shrimps at the beginning of supper rush.2- The girl preparing our burritos continuously touching her face with gloves3-They forgot to put our churros, so we have to remind them and served it without dip as they are Out of Caramel dip4- We did’t feel welcomed,no greeting and didn’t say thanks while we leaving.Guys i own restaurants as well, this is just remind you that we are in industry of service.you can’t imagine when customers comes to us they made their choice out of plenty of our competitors.Please start taking care of your customers before else does.good luck.

Removed 3 toppings/sauces that I regularly put on my Burrito. After finding out that these 3 items are no longer available, I didn’t want the Burrito, and staff said they put it together so I had to buy it even though I hadn’t selected all my toppings yet. Extremely disappointed.

My boyfriend and I walked in around 7:30 - 8 pm yesterday and we waiting for about 5 mins while the two girls were standing there looking at her phone. I order a Chicken quesadilla asked for light on the oil which they did not do and they had a special on for $16 for two burritos and I got charged $32. Tried calling the restaurant to ask no answer went start to voice mail and no room to leave a message. My total bill was almost $61 what a joke.
