Yesterday was Halloween and being in a big rush to get dinner sorted, I popped in for the first time. They weren’t many there, but they seemed overwhelmed.
I ordered the pad Thai. With protein it was 20, so I was looking forward to something pretty awesome.
Unfortunately, my noodles were very undercooked. Like inedible. There was no green onion, cilantro or sprouts, hardly any peanuts and just a few cubes of chicken. As I was starving and about to take my kid trick or treating, I picked out the chicken for my dinner and the rest hit the bin. There was also what I presume to be fermented cabbage? It was very strong smelling.
Not at all like the pad Thai I’d expect from other places.
Maybe their other food is better? I doubt I’ll be back to try anything else though.

Ordered the "crispy chicken" with mild/medium spice. The chicken was nowhere near crispy, soggy and chewy at best. Some of the bigger pieces were still cold. I understand you may not make the chicken to order but don't call it crispy if it's not. Spice was way more than mild/medium for me but I understand that can be subjective. Still much more spice than I have had anywhere else, I couldn't finish it. For over $20 with drink and tip I feel shafted compared to what I could get elsewhere. Will not be returning. Sorry.

They messed up our orders. I spent 10 dollars for chicken and never got it. Barely any noodles in the box, mostly just filled with cabbage. Skip this place. Waste of money.

Nice service. Ordered teriyaki. Staff asked how spicy I wanted. I always had as it came, like, sweet. But I wanted to tried. Spicy teriyaki is not for me.

Our 5th time ordering take-out from this location. First three were great, delicious food exactly how we ordered it.
The 4th time (2ish months ago), the flavour was there but both orders were “dry”, like they used half the sauce they were supposed to. And we ordered familiar items (spicy peanut noodle box) that in the past have been just fine.
The 5th time was tonight and it was the worst by far. Because last time didn’t have enough sauce, my wife and I both added extra sauce as a precaution to the new honey garlic chicken boxes. What we found when we started eating was essentially noodle soup. It was like bobbing for apples trying to pick out the chicken and veggies. Once we struggled to get all the solids out, we were left with a combined half litre of extra sauce in the bowls (see photos).
Very disappointed in the food tonight, not sure if we would ever order there again after two bad orders in a row spending over $40 each time. Gave the service 3 stars, employees were nice but I did also have to remind them we asked for bowls when I saw two boxes prepped for our food when I arrived. I wish I had actually watched them pour the noodle soup in, would have spoke up immediately.

I got a bowl of sauce and a coke for about 20.00. Maybe a bit more because I left a tip. They forgot the chicken. Told me I couldn't eat there as they were closing in an hour so I had no idea what was in the paper bowl they gave me.

My daughter insisted I leave a review, she loves everything about this place! She got the kids Chow Mein bowl with beef and I got the ginger beef box , both delicious.

We live in the neighborhood and decided to get takeout here. I got the Spicy Peanut bowl and the Teriyaki bowl for our kids. Both bowls were really tasty with a good amount of all the mix ins. They came in convenient fold up boxes for individual eating so it felt like true takeout.
The restaurant itself was clean and well organized and the staff were professional and cleab. Will be ordering here again!
Kid-friendliness: The Teriyaki Box was a good size for our three toddlers to share!
Poor customer service, no responsibility for mistakes, they blame poor delivery driver ? Why?? that fella never packed the order!!?

Ordered a vegetarian dish today and got a chicken dish delivered. This is the 3rd time it’s happened out of 3 times! I even went back once and they apologized, gave me a new dish… and it was chicken again so ended up going without lunch for the day. Definitely not sure why they advertise as veg friendly! Would not recommend the vedder location to vegetarians/vegans. Disappointing experience almost every time I go sadly… :(

I’ve gotten the same order from several Noodlebox’s across two provinces and this is by far the worst I have ever had. First I asked for it in a bowl and she handed me a box, so I asked for her to put it into a bowl and she did. Got home and the most bland Noodlebox I have ever had (I ordered mild/medium so there should have been some kick to it) Huge chicken pieces that had no taste. Family member tried to just to see if my taste was off and nope, just as bland to them. Very very disappointing for $20!

Excellent food!!I had the Peanut bowl, and my husband had Beef ginger bowl. I had medium heat, and he had medium hot. I would recommend both of these meals.I would definitely go again when in this area!!!We both had a vegetable spring roll, too!! Very good food!!.
