It’s a nice open place. The seating is pretty worn down and could use a refresh (the benches). The staff were kind and helpful. No issues there. I just did not really enjoy my food at all. I ordered teriyaki bowl, which on Tuesday’s sounds like a great deal until I realized I have to pay extra for the protein.. I had crispy chicken. It was so soggy that it was not good at all. Maybe it was my bad for getting crispy chicken with a sauce 🤷🏻♀️ I’d definitely avoid the crispy chicken in the future. The teriyaki was overwhelmed by onions, only 3 small pieces of broccoli and two tiny bits of bok Choi. We also had the Dubai chocolate spring rolls. They were okay but not great. Never had Dubai chocolate before though so I have no reference for comparison.

Service was poor barely anyone in there was stared at 3 times before being served. Order crispy chicken and extra broccoli got home there chicken is more like tofu and extra broccoli is like 2 small extra pieces. I will not be going back.

We just ordered from Noodlebox via DoorDash and had a very poor experience. My husband ordered the butter chicken box and I ordered the Ginger Beef box, spice level Mild/ Medium (which is the lowest you can order). When the order was delivered, it was beyond spicy, completely inedible. We complained to DoorDash and they requested the restaurant remake the food and had it delivered in a timely manner. However the 2nd order came back equally spicy and hardly edible again due to the spice level. I definitely wouldn't order again.

I got the butter chicken and it was incredible! I also tried the new mango bubble tea and it did not disappoint, but the best part was the staff! Aleasha was very friendly and answered all of my questions while chef Ty cooked my delicious food! 10/10 recommend!

Got noodlebox for thr 1st time in over a year. The last time I got it, it was very mediocre and not what I had come to expect from the business. I decided to give it another shot and was left very disappointed again. Just another place to add to the list of places where the price has gone way up and the quality has gone way down. Sad.

I've ordered from the Sardis location several times with mixed results. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's not. I always request the lowest option for the spice level (mild) and despite this, have had it quite spicy in the past but have not made a fuss about it.
But after ordering two noodle bowls yesterday, , both with mild spice level, I received one that was very spicy again and while the other one did have a mild spice level it was extremely salty , so neither was enjoyable at all and they could not be finished.
With such inconsistent results I'll likely take my chances elsewhere the next time I'm in the mood for noodles.
Very yummy noodles. Good price. Good selection of kids meal.

Ordered online, showed up 5 minutes after the ready time (submitted order 45 minutes ahead of time), order still not done.
Saw the guy putting the order into a box, even tho I specified a bowl. Asked him to change it, he proceeded to lecture me on how to order properly next time, and how the option to select bowl or box online during the order process isn’t the correct way to do and how shouldn’t made a special note if that’s what I wanted.
If you’re gonna mess up my order, that’s fine. But don’t lecture me and blame me for it while just dumping my order out of a box into a bowl and arguing with me the entire time.

The portion size is great for the price! Generous amount of protein. Place is nice. Havent had any take away issues. We have given this place a try 2-3 times with different dishes but dishes felt very peanuty, coconuty, creamy, not spicy at all even though they warn about spice levels and low salt. Seems more like a westernized version of Asian food. Come on guys! Get some Asian hot wok spice flavor! That's a suggestion!
