If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered coconut prawns, Bombay cheese balls and kids Mac and cheese. The young lady behind the counter told me it will be 5-10 min for my order. So I left and waited outside. Came back 10 min later. Waited 5 minutes and Young lady sees me and goes to the back, obviously realizing she forgot to start my order. Came back to tell me that they don’t have part of what I ordered and asked if I’d like to substitute something. I agreed with the substitute. I stood there for 25 MORE MINUTES. All the while this poor young lady is working the til, clearly inexperienced and inefficient. She was swamped. But in no rush to hustle at all. I felt so sorry for her because there was 2 other adults working with her. One of them was busting his arse at the stirfry station while the other lady walked around fiddling around trying to look busy the entire time I stood there but accomplishing absolutely nothing. Meanwhile there is 5 other parties all standing and waiting for as long as myself. And to top it off they missed my kids Mac and cheese and i didn’t notice til I was 5 min down the road. I was so late for where I needed to be I ended up giving my kid my food. I’m trying to love this place, they were good the first time I went after the just opened and I’ve been 4 times since and I’m dissatisfied every time. This was the cherry on the cake. I urge the adults that work here to take some ownership of the flow and custom service instead.

Absolutely Disappointed – Never Again
I ordered from this Noodlebox location, paid extra for pork, and even left a generous tip. When I got home and opened my meal, there was no pork at all. The food itself was bland and not worth the money.
I called the restaurant right away, and the person who answered the phone was rude and acted like it was my fault for not checking the order before leaving. He didn’t take any responsibility for their mistake. Instead of apologizing, he told me to come back if I wanted the pork and said he could “add my name to his book for next time.” Not helpful at all.
Yes, I should’ve double-checked the order—but when you pay for something, you expect it to be right the first time.
Check your order before accepting it, because clearly they don’t.
Really disappointed with this experience – never visiting this Noodlebox or any other again.

Ordered a Thai chicken noodle bowl and it tasted awful and fishy, when I asked for a refund the server told me that it is a fish based sauce, I pointed out that the sign said soy and curry based sauce and no mention of fish sauce.
They refused me a refund and were very rude, I will not be returning ever again

When you have to pay for the protein on top of your noodles, I expect more than 4 small pieces of overcooked chicken.
First experience trying a Noodlebox and wasn't disappointed.
Their food tasted good, portion sizes were big and the staff came across as courteous and was efficient.
Tried their Kung Pao box, Crispy Shanghai Chicken box and kids size Mac n-cheese. Both Kung pao and Shanghai Chicken dishes were pretty saucy with the perfect heat level. Mac-n-cheese portion size was pretty big!! Would look forward to visiting again in future

Yesterday was Halloween and being in a big rush to get dinner sorted, I popped in for the first time. They weren’t many there, but they seemed overwhelmed.
I ordered the pad Thai. With protein it was 20, so I was looking forward to something pretty awesome.
Unfortunately, my noodles were very undercooked. Like inedible. There was no green onion, cilantro or sprouts, hardly any peanuts and just a few cubes of chicken. As I was starving and about to take my kid trick or treating, I picked out the chicken for my dinner and the rest hit the bin. There was also what I presume to be fermented cabbage? It was very strong smelling.
Not at all like the pad Thai I’d expect from other places.
Maybe their other food is better? I doubt I’ll be back to try anything else though.

Ordered the "crispy chicken" with mild/medium spice. The chicken was nowhere near crispy, soggy and chewy at best. Some of the bigger pieces were still cold. I understand you may not make the chicken to order but don't call it crispy if it's not. Spice was way more than mild/medium for me but I understand that can be subjective. Still much more spice than I have had anywhere else, I couldn't finish it. For over $20 with drink and tip I feel shafted compared to what I could get elsewhere. Will not be returning. Sorry.
