I first had noodle man a year and a bit ago. The food was super good and it became our go to for a take away night. We don't eat out often but Fridays sometimes you just don't want to cook. A few months back I picked up some food and I noticed it wasn't quite the same. I figured maybe it was an off night. But tonight I grabbed some to take home and it was not quite the same again. Now I'm wondering if they have a different chef or something. The food seems to be not as flavorful as it used to be. This last experience was OK but it's definitely not as tasty. The texture and composition of the dishes feels a bit more like a generic Chinese restaurant; whereas before it felt more authentic and traditional and not Chinese foodish at all. Hope they go back to the way it was because it was so good before.

The Missus and I were passing thru Chilliwack and were surprised to see an authentic Asian noodle eatery, the NoodleMan. The premise was very clean and service was prompt and attentive. We had the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup and the Ground Pork Sauce Noodle. The soup was pretty tasty and the Missus needed help with her noodle dish as it was a touch spicy hot for her. We were surprised the tea served was charged and not complimentary. However the food is decent if in the area.

I recently dined at Noodleman, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! We ordered the pork belly hand-pulled noodles and the beef roll, both of which were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and satisfying, and you could tell that everything was made with care.
The highlight of our meal was definitely the house-made chili oil; it was the best we've ever had! It added just the right amount of heat and flavor to our dishes.
The service was top-notch as well—attentive, friendly, and efficient. Plus, the restaurant was impeccably clean, which made for a pleasant dining atmosphere.
I highly recommend Noodleman to anyone looking for fantastic noodles and great service! Can't wait to return!

The wonton tasted like Italian sausage. It was weird and unpleasant.
Me and my friends like to stop here after a long day of fishing. They serve delicious soups. It will be hard not to eat here as it became part of the adventure. Nice people.

So disappointed. We order from here often, but won’t be back! We ordered the beef curry which is always amazing, it was absolutely awful! The beef (if u wanna call it that) was so chewy, but it didn’t even look like beef it’s was NOT brown! The sauce was good but no where near as good as it usually is…. And we ordered the pork belly noodles, was pretty hard to find the pork belly I picked it out and it the pic u will see how much pork we got for 15$ wow! The noodles tasted like spaghetti.
Anyway shame cuz we used to love this place, but I guess now u have ur clientele it’s time to cut corners! Well u won’t be cutting corners with us anymore! Ppl u want good Chinese food go to Abbotsford jasmine garden mmmm!

We were missing our C4. House Special Fried Noodles. This was the fault of the restaurant . They gave us an extra rice. The food did not have much flavor, it was lacking sauce and seasoning.
This was our first time ordering from noodle man. Very disappointing.

Just tried Noodleman chilliwack for the first time and if you're on the hunt for a BOMB sweet n sour pork then look no further! Mixed veggie chop Suey was sugar snap peas, Broc, carrots and cabbage, we ordered the chicken fried noodle- had real chunks of actual chicken breast but sadly no bean sprouts but 100% found our new spot.
My favourite Chinese Food in Chilliwack. Friendly service and excellent food.
