That one star shouldn't be marked on the first place. I was being mislead for what they commercial on thier displays menu on the board. I expected to get a fresh ramen noodles but I was given for an instant ramen noodles for $14.+ !!! Instant noodles!! What kind of restaurant is that???... serving an instant noodles when in fact the pictures display in there menu was fresh!! Very misleading advertisements!!! Avoid this place!!! And they're customer service is very sucks. The lady in the cashier is very rude!!!

My favorite place to go eat in Chilliwack. I loves the salmon and Chicken teriyaki. And the sushi was pretty good too. My stomach always felt filled and satisfied after eating. I've been ordering the food there since I was a kid.When I recently heard that Cottonwood mall was removing the food court, my heart sanked... You never quite know just how much a place ment to you till its gone.I will miss you Ono's of Japan. Wishing all the staff the best, and I hope you'll be able to re-open again in a new place with familiar faces.

Very poor customer service..the guy right now didn’t ask me for the bag at the time of taking payment for my sushi but later was asking for 25 cents…and when I said don’t have cash, he didn’t provide me one to serve a customer better

This was my favorite restaurant in the mall.As usual got sold and new owners are difficult and raise prices smaller portions. LOW QUALITY INGREDIENTS. What a shame. THEY HID NAPKINS AND SOYA..the meat is so tough and the cheap ingredients are obvious..affects the taste

I tried the spicy California roll. The rice is way too sticky the seaweed is tough and the crab did not smell fresh. I did like the spicy sauce. I have had better sushi from a supermarket. I would expect better from a sushi place.

Good food at a good price.I went today for the first time and wasn't expecting much for the price it was. My wife and I were both pleasantly surprised and would like to go again on another day when we don't feel like cooking. Everything was tasty, even the chicken which is usually disgusting if you don't spend a lot. We both got bento boxes so we had rice, meat, sushi, tempura yams, and miso soup, we also got spring rolls, so we got to try a little of just about everything.Would love to come again, it's hard to find good takeout, much less at a reasonable price.
