There were some positives, but overall, the experience fell short.

They cancelled our reservation for a special graduation dinner with just a few hours notice. Every restaurant in town was now booked. Very unimpressed. Next time we will choose Frankie’s. I highly recommend them.

The food was ok but the service was not good. We waited for our drinks for a while and had to ask multiple times to get them and waited over an hour. We ordered the mix of muscles and clams and half of them were empty. Half of our food didn’t come and we didn’t bother ordering them again. Would not recommend going here but do as you wish.

Best restaurant in chilliwack! My husband and I dine here frequently, and the food is amazing every time. Staff and the atmosphere are lovely, but can’t say enough how fresh and flavourful the food is! Definite recommend!

Ordered through Uber eats & the promo was spend $40 get free focaccia. Ordered over $40, and didn’t get the focaccia in my order.

Not the biggest deal ever but I wouldn’t have spent over $40 otherwise

Ordered for the first time with Uber, dinner arrived in 45 minutes. Ordered lasagna with garlic bread and Chicken Parmesan. Receipt didn’t have garlic bread but a 20 minute delivery which is a fee-no garlic bread. The Chicken Parmesan was not chicken but veal so only ate the penne pasta. Not a great experience.

We walked in at 2:30 for a big meal and with being the only two guests at the time, were greeted by Avery our server with such energy and friendliness. She made us feel like the restaurant was booming with people and atmosphere!
We had just come from a Vegas trip and Avery kept that energy going strong!
Her ability to keep that going thru our whole incredible meal shone through our whole meal which was absolutely amazing!
We were impressed beyond belief because these days that’s hard to find!
Avery!!!! You are the best at what you do and we will definitely be back for more!!!!! Thank you to Teagan as well that took over with exactly the same attitude and energy!!!!!

Food was delicious! Our server was new, so the drinks sat at the bat a bit too long, but he was really sweet! Excellent family dinner, huge servings!!! I really don't understand why this restaurant isn't packed every night!
