I came in for Happy Hour and they didn't have a bartender on just a 18 year old server. Felt awkward having to get an employee who wasn't working to pour my drink. Food was amazing.

My husband and I always go to Paliotti's in Chilliwack for special occasions. Valentines day was no acceptation, food was excellent as always but the service was lacking. We ordered drinks which we received and then appetizers. It took ages to get appetizers (no utensils or napkins provided), but also we never got the bread with the oil and balsamic vinegar. I had to stop another waitress and ask for utensils, and then asked the waiter for the bread. We finally received our entree's but still no bread. He finally did remember to bring the bread after the entree's were started.The waiter was young, so I don't want to create problems for him, but there certainly needs to be some further training or at least a training opportunity for him.Vegetarian options: Excellent choicesParking: good parking

A very disappointing birthday meal for my wife. Food was so-so, watery sauce over the pasta and one piece of bread for each of us. Their website advertised a 15% off the price of their gift cards. Thought I'd buy a card to pay for the meal and then use the saved money to give a better tip. They wouldn't honor the advertisement. I asked to talk with the manager but was told that he / she was too busy to talk with a customer. When asked why they advertised something they wouldn't honor was told that their website was often out of date and haphazard, and that this was a Christmas special (it was now February 15th and they hadn't taken the offer down yet). Definitely the last time I'll be going there or recommending it to others - there has got to be better run...and better tasting...Italian restaurants in Chilliwack! The only bright spot in this fiasco was that the waitress was awesome!
