Every good desert/side they’ve ever had they get rid of. First if was the delicious Rosemary Garlic bread sticks. Then the cookie with caramel dip. Then the cinnamon bread sticks. Now they have churros… bleh. I know I’m not the only one disappointed by the dwindling number of side/desert options.

I have been a loyal Panago customer for over a decade, but after tonight’s experience, I will never return.
I ordered a pizza and wings over the phone and was given a confirmed total price. The call centre even applied a credit on my account, and the employee at the store confirmed the same price when I arrived for pickup. Everything was exactly as quoted… until the manager, Anaan (not sure of the spelling), stepped in.
Without hesitation, he overrode the price on the screen, ignored the call-centre notes, and doubled the total. When I politely explained that this wasn’t the price I was quoted, and that his own employee had just shown me the exact amount we expected, his response was, “Are you calling me a liar?”
I was stunned.
I wasn’t arguing about the money…I even told him I understood if head office or the employee made a mistake. But as a business owner myself, you do not quote a customer one price and then double it at the counter. That is blindsiding, unfair, and completely disrespectful.
He shrugged and told me it “wasn’t his problem” and that I needed to “deal with head office.” Since when is it the customer’s responsibility to verify internal communication between a call centre and a store? Our job is to trust the price you give us. His dismissive attitude, lack of accountability, and the way he spoke to me (borderline mocking) ruined what was supposed to be a simple takeout night for my family.
If we weren’t already starving and pressed for time, I would have walked out and taken my business elsewhere. Instead, I paid the difference, but the damage was done.
Let it be known: I’m not leaving this review because of the cost. I’m leaving it because of the manager’s attitude, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for customer trust. Panago, you lost a decade-long customer today NOT because of your food, but because one manager decided customer service didn’t matter.
Be rest assured: I will not be coming back.

What’s with the sudden lack of toppings? I don’t remember this being an issue. Every other pizza joint in Chilliwack isn’t afraid to load up on the pepperoni or or ham and pineapple but this place is so cheap with the toppings, I ordered a pepperoni and there were 2 pieces of pizza that only had HALF a pepperoni slice on them. Are we seriously being cheap with the toppings so people are forced to pay for “extra” toppings now? Is this the kind of price gouging tactic you guys are pursuing? This isn’t a problem with any other pizza joint in Chilliwack except for Panago. Not a good look guys, and I’m seeing other people complain about the lack of toppings as well. Makes me not want to order from here anymore.

I ordered a pizza it was doughy too much tomato sauce not enough toppings so I phoned and got a credit. Tonight I use my credit ask for extra topping does not look like extra pepperoni. The delivery driver is very grumpy looking and when hand him the money he doubles check and looks up u no, I don’t wanna tip you so go away. I’ll never order from here again

This is the best Panago location in Chilliwack and shall I say the best one I’ve ever ordered from! The staff is friendly and my pizzas are consistently well made, generous toppings and delicious. You can tell that they take pride in what they put out and that genuine care is put into the pizzas they make. I never order from anywhere else. Thank you!? I should have taken a pic before I ate some but I couldn’t wait!!!

This location is the best one in town, the customer service and food are always amazing!! Every time we order pizza, it’s always a simple cheese pizza. The crust is cooked perfectly and the cheese is extra cheesy, you don’t see the dough because there is a decent amount of cheese!! Best cheese pizza in town!

Great place, was ordering from competition because price was right. After phoning and being to have a conversation with the staff bought my loyalty. Food brought in under 30 minutes and the correct order. Thanks guys!
