Spent $30 on a pizza where I can literally count one piece of pepperoni on each slice and I can barely even notice the bacon bits so CHEAP on ingredients will never order from here again!

VERY UNHYGIENIC, the guy making the Pizza was not using Gloves. Putting his bare hands in each bin, non veg and veg both. Then spreading the cheese with his bare hands. Being allergic to eggs and meat products, I got a vegetarian pizza, garlic bread and more from them. I later had severe stomach issues and had to go to the doctor realizing I had pizza from here.
Later I went to the store to check and talk to them, and I saw it all, you can’t even ask them to change the gloves… they are not wearing any. Pathetic AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. If you are worried about your families health.

We ordered the cheese and chicken club medium pizza each one was a masterpiece. The crust Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. they use top-quality ingredients and put real passion into every pie

Extremely unprofessional management. When I found a chicken bone in my pizza, they tried to sweep it under the rug with a $50 credit rather than properly addressing it. Months later, I was wrongly accused of ordering again — even though it was my adult daughter who placed the order, against my advice. Despite that, they chose to ban our entire household. Unfortunately, this is the only nearby location, but we’ll now be driving to a different Panago going forward. It’s not worth the disrespect.

Avoid this location at all costs. They’ve made discriminatory and false accusations, going so far as to ban our entire household from ordering simply for raising valid concerns. If you have “too many complaints,” they punish you instead of improving their service. The quality here is poor — and their reviews reflect that. We’ll be picking up our pizzas from the Panago on Yale Road from now on. Much better service, and it actually deserves its higher rating.
One of the most unprofessional and rude managers work here, I believe he’s called Daniel, and unsure if he’s mentally challenged or not but his basic understanding of English is awful. I’m not surprised mistakes are being made under this management. I had an awful experience with mistakes on my pizza and garlic bread was awful, I was told I would get a replacement and drove 30 mins to get this, on arrival I was told by replacement he meant I can order it again at full cost. I was astounded at his lack of understanding of English vocabulary. A replacement is very different to brand new order. I’ve visited a lot of professional panago stores but this wasn’t one of them. Avoid this place until management changes.

I've been going to this one for a while and once and a while there's been a mistake, fine. But the last few times, I don't know if there's a different recipe or what, the new York deli is coming more like a poor pepperoni pizza, missing many vital toppings. After literally years of loving panago, in Surrey and White Rock and a short time in Chilliwack, I'll be heading to a different pizza store from now on. Panago charges the most for pizza, it better be coming as advertised instead of the disappointment you get when home and open the box. Sorry Panago.

The Vedder location in Chilliwack, BC always disappoints us. We are not local to Chilliwack so we call ahead to order on the way through and every single time we allow 15-30min before picking up but without fail, our order is never ready. Thus, making the order-ahead option utterly useless for a travelling family, resulting in us waiting longer and no compensation for our time offered. I keep trying to give this location opportunities to improve in their customer service hoping it’ll be different but each visit is insufficient and disappointing.
