Super disappointing experience. 27$ and change for 2 partial wraps.
Hadn't been to Pita Pit in years and now living so close by, I opted to give it a whirl for dinner.
Walked in to find nobody behind the counter with a several minute wait until someone came from the back. The lady working was hard to understand and hard to hear. When asked if the bread used contained dairy, she said no, it didn't but was not able to provide an ingredient list and said she didn't have one to check. I mentioned my boyfriends severe dairy allergy and again was told no, the bread did not contain dairy. He has eaten at several Pita Pits over the years, with no issue, but wanted to make sure they had not changed up their Pita bread in the interm. My boyfriend had a beef brisket Pita, with grilled green peppers & onions which he said the flavor was decent but portion, price, and quality was severely lacking. He opted out of having his Pita toasted. I chose the falafel, and opted to have it toasted. Somehow, it was still cold, almost like the falafel themselves didn't get properly reheated. The toppings were crusty looking. The work station wasn't clean, nor was the panini press for toasting. Needless to say, my boyfriend ended up having an allergic reaction 4 bites into his Pita. We both suspect cross contamination due to the dirty work areas. Won't be back.

They never have more than 1 person working at lunch hour during the week. The amount of time you have to wait at what should be a fast food like venue is absurd. I havent seen it on the weekend, maybe they have more then. Between take out and skip orders it took far too long for her to even start on my order. Not her fault, clearly they don't staff appropriately for busy times. I've walked out before and just watched another custom wall out while I waited for my order. Won't be returning after this visit.

Great food, love the place but the girl working there tonight dropped a bunch of my chicken on the floor and didn’t replace it even after I said something 😔 🤷♂️This soured my love for the place 😢

It was a crazy busy line up on a sat, the girl working behind the counter handled everyone politely and in an orderly fashion. She worked extremely hard, she definitely deserved a raise. It is very nice to see someone working as hard as she did

This location has really gone down hill. The service is slower and the prices have increased but I like the food so I kept going back. Then today I found a hair in my pita. It's just not worth spending $14 on a wrap and then finding hair inside. I won't be coming back.

The employees in the store ,do not have basic greeting etiquette. They always shows their rude behaviour. The girl there mandeep or manpreet I dont remember her name is so rude . This noon she puts wrong meat in my pita . I request the owner to please provide some basic training and etiquette to your employees

Don’t order from the downtown Chilliwack location. They make your pita how they want, miss items, add ones you don’t ask for. Give you a small when a different size is ordered. Cold when asked to toast it. Horrible taste.

Stopped in to Pita Pit after not having it for years. Pleasantly surprised with the amount of veggie options and like that I could get my veggies grilled. The sauces and options seem lower calorie than subway although not as affordable. I enjoyed my black bean wrap and would return as the staff were friendly and efficient.
