It's quite disappointing to note that the service, which used to be top-notch, has been consistently dropping in quality. Gave them a try orders the xxl deal with 3 toppings , got 3 meat topping an paid extra for extra cheese and the pizza had small amount of cheese, made a complaint and got a $10 off , when i ordered again my pizza was so bade it gave us diarrhea, the sauce tasted off and the dough old so we threw it out and we will NEVER order from this place ever again, will be making a complaint to the health inspector!

The quality has gone downhill lately. Tonight they almost forgot to give me half my order, and when I got home I was missing dips. The portion sizes are inconsistent for the exact same items, and this is a regular occurrence lately. We will take our business elsewhere from now on.

Don’t buy from here, they will give you burn and messy unhygienic pizza, just throwing stuff to do their work done, don’t care that person will be eating this!! They gave me refund for sure! But not recommend to anyone

Had such a great experience at Pizza Pizza in Chilliwack! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and their service was excellent from start to finish. The pizza was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious – you can really taste the quality. Definitely one of the best spots in town for tasty pizza and great customer service. Highly recommend!

The people tried to gaslight me into thinking they called me and knocked at my door when I been waiting for a hour+. They have my information and I kept looking out. Only now my cold nasty food will come back again I tried voice my complaints and he put it on hold.

I am extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered an XXL vegetarian pizza with only pineapple, jalapeños, and green peppers. When we started eating, we found a piece of meat on the slice (see photo).
This is unacceptable. For someone who specifically orders vegetarian, this shows complete carelessness in food preparation. Many people avoid meat for religious, ethical, or health reasons — and this kind of mistake is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
This ruined our meal and left us questioning the hygiene and quality standards of this restaurant. If vegetarian options cannot be guaranteed, customers deserve to know before ordering.
I sincerely hope management takes responsibility and fixes this, because mistakes like this are not small — they completely break trust.
