Good Lord this was the worst pizza I ate in my life. I’m shocked at how bad it was…people should have some logic when making something. The pizza was smothered in Italian seasoning and the rest of the pizza was just bland and terrible. NEVER AGAIN FROM PIZZA PIZZA!

I had a great experience at this Pizza Pizza location! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and prepared my order quickly. The pizza was hot, fresh, and had the perfect amount of toppings and cheese. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the store was.

Pizza was ordered online based upon the visual depiction of their pizza. We ordered aa all vegetable pizza with sliced Roma Tomatoes. What we got was not what we ordered (see pics). Tried to talk to the manage at the store and was offered a $5 credit for the lack of the correct tomatoes but instead decide to write this review so other know that what you see on the Pizza Pizza web site is not always what you get. We were very disappointed.
Awesome customer service. We came from Vancouver to chilliwack to do some work at night time. Muskan was front desk, and she helped out with some amendments. She is great and surely is capable of doing awesome service.

I love their pizza plus their customer service. The staff is nice not even one person. The whole staff is nice and the door got locked and they didn’t have the keys. They literally gave their best to find the keys and open the washroom for me, but sometimes people are like we don’t have washroom or we don’t have the keys and you know some people make some excuse, but they’re so genuine people and being a vegetarian. I can only expect that I should be getting my stuff without touching any non-veg things and the guy literally make sure of this thing. He gave me best deal. I would love to come here again and would suggest if you want to come here.
