I did the drive thru, which was very quick, and ordered a special which was a very good price. The chicken was tasty and juicy, but I wouldn't order the Cajun fries again. They were okay, but the taste wasn't quite what I was expecting. The biscuit was also good, so I'd have that again. Overall, I'd go back for the chicken.

Big shout out to the Langley Popeyes off 64th for making this right.
Ordered on the mobile app, somehow selected this store 🤷🏻♂️ never been there, anywho, called them and they wouldn’t refund the order telling me it already comes “out of their system.” Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Not impressed!

It's hard to tell if the food is any good or not I pulled up at 10:30 and they close at 11:00 there was absolutely no chicken no chicken nuggets so chicken no chicken at all that I could have they didn't have they didn't have mashed potatoes anyways on top of that all I waited 18 minutes for Stuff

The chicken appeared to be old. Bought 8 pieces and half were smaller than what I am used to in other stores. There wasn't much great taste to it either very bland tasting

I recently visited Popeyes, and while I’ve always loved their chicken, I was extremely disappointed by their policy of forcing customers to buy 8 pieces or more of chicken if they don’t want to purchase a combo. This approach feels restrictive and unfair.
Not everyone wants a combo or needs that much chicken. Sometimes, you just want a few pieces without the extra sides or drinks, and it's unreasonable to make customers buy more than they actually want. It’s especially frustrating for smaller households or individuals who might end up with food waste or an unnecessarily high bill.
Popeyes, please reconsider this policy. Giving your customers the freedom to order smaller portions of chicken without a combo would make for a much better experience. Until then, I wont be visiting again.

The coating was good, but the meat inside was gelatinous and not at all like chicken in texture or flavour. I don’t even know how it could be so I recognizable. I was looking forward to trying them, but I will never get those again!
