We had a great meal and great service. Highly recommend the steak and the ribs. The local corn was delicious. Ashley was our server and she friendly and went out of her way to accommodate and make it a pleasant evening for our family. Thank you!

Terrible restaurant. Horrible service. Disgusting food. Some large woman waved us over from the restaurant entrance and as we were walking up she asked us if we wanted to start with water to drink. Very unprofessional and inexperienced server conduct by all servers. Restaurant was quite empty. The steak I ordered was cold and resembled a minute steak, all flat and tough. Or it was re-warmed from the day before. Never going here again.

A great place with a great atmosphere. Ashley is fantastic and is the reason that I continue to come back, she gives amazing service and has great personalized attention to detail. The food is also excellent no matter what time of day.

It’s always such a good experience coming to Preston’s, they have one of the best steaks in town! I highly recommend the ribeye! Also I’m always one that can’t decide what cocktail to drink but their expertise with ingredients (especially our server Ashley) really helps make the decision easy! Definitely give them a try!!

I had made reservations for the igloo experience weeks in advance as we had a rare kid-free night. Unfortunately when we got there we were told that we had booked a regular table and that they usually heat the igloo 2 hours prior to it being occupied. I showed the server our reservation clearly stating the igloo experience. They were somewhat apologetic, but we ended up eating elsewhere that night as we couldn't get the experience we had booked and were hoping for. I only gave the food/ambience/etc ratings because there was no way to bypass that to add my review.

Ashley and Renee are absolutely fantastic, been here enough times they know my drink and food order without skipping a beat, no less are always ever friendly and chatty as you'd expect. I'd give more than 5 *'s but the reviews are lame and don't let me, thanks again ladies.
