FAIL. I asked for a sandwich. The person who made the sandwich did not listen and gave us stuff that we specifically said we didn’t want. When we took it back to the cashier to fix it the cashier refused.

Really dirty. My family didn't even want to sit down. The way the sandwiches are prepared also seems highly unsanitary. She answered the phone and continued to make our sandwiches without changing gloves or washing hands or anything.

LOCATION DOES NOT GIVE DISCOUNTS unless ordered on the app, you have been paying full price, even tho they give you the deal sub, they charge you the full price... Ive ordered from 5 different locations and never had a problem, yet this location will blatantly rip you off.

both ladies where extremely rude . wouldn’t let me use the washroom when i was going to order. friend right beside me ordering a sandwich but refused to believe id get a sandwich. i got one it was mid asf. go next door to quesada where you’ll get good food and service.

Awful!!!! The broccoli cheddar soup was so watery and thin and my sandwich she forgot to add cheese, onions weee thick and chunky and my bread was harder than a rock! Waste of $30.00! I refuse to support this business anymore.

I'm not sure if it was the owner who helped me, but a lady did, and she seemed pretty nice at first. I ordered, and she began prepping. In the midst of it all, she dropped something, and I saw her pick it up while maintaining eye contact, smile, and continue on like nothing happened. I should have said something but didn't. As she was making my sandwiches, I paid. After paying, I asked for peppers on the side. Her eyes were down, but she rolled them. I'm not sure what her problem was. They're usually served with peppers. Or, it could be because I tipped 10%? I'm not sure what the need is to tip when you're literally just making the sandwich. You're not dropping it off to me. You're not making it extravagant. You're just making the sandwich with attitude for no reason. I should have asked for a refund and walked out due to how pathetic it all felt to me. I won't be returning and don't recommend this location.

Please see photos I have posted below. When paying for my meal I used cash. The same lady that make my sandwich, took my money and laid it out on the cutting board where they cut them serve their sandwiches. My mouth drop when I saw her do this. She went to put the same gloves on and tried to finish my sandwich. I had to ask her to wash her hands and use fresh gloves. Once I finish paying, I asked her for her managers phone number or email. She said she was the manager and I could speak to her. I said no I’d like to someone above her and she said there was nobody I could contact. I sat down and ate my sandwich and watched the same lady that just served me walk out the door n not sanitize the area. I really hope the owner of this establishment sees this. This is disgusting
Good food in a very busy spot but service makes it all better as they are quick and always get the order right!

I have had Quiznos in many various locations. I ordered 2 Classic Italian sandwiches. They took less than 2 mins to prepare them, just through them together with no care I also asked for extra peppers as I usually do but they did not give me them . The sandwiches were the worst I have ever had. DO NOT give this location any of your hard earned money.

SO GROSS. Not food safe. I had to ask the girl to change her gloves after handling the cash machine and then going back to make the food. She did. Begrudgingly.
