wow… what a waste of money, all sugar, zero soul. Cinnamon buns from Save on food actually have flavor? Total scam. Way overrated.
I am a complete sucker for cinnamon buns and I know a good when when i have had one. Read the the latest review about the cream cheese icing being bland and tasting like its missing the icing sugar. Figured they must of had a bad day. Ordered the boston cream and the original with cream cheese icing. Id have to say the icing is not good. Quite disappointed actually. The buns themselves aren't moist either abit on the dryer side. I tried them a few years ago and didn't have a great experience, figured id give them another chance and same thing. Definitely would not come back.

We bought a coffee crisp bun and a cream cheese frosted bun. The cream cheese one was terrible. Tasted luke whipped cream cheese. No vanilla, no sugar. Just like eating plain cream cheese out of the tub. Ended up throwing it out. Not sure if this is how the new owners do it or if they forgot to add icing sugar and vanilla. Was definitely not the cream cheese frosting they used to have. Haven't had the cream cheese one in a couple years but last time it was delicious. This time not so much.

We got the burnt ends with pineapple bourbon BBQ sauce, a cookies and cream sinamen bun and a peanut butter cup sinamen bun, delicious!
