My roommates and I just ordered s'mores brownies from their "Brownie by the Pound" location in Kamloops and instead of gram crackers on top they put saltine crackers on it! All four brownie were also burnt! We have ordered from them before and we are just blown away with the lack of respect for their customers.

I ordered from uber eats cause they had a buy 1 get 1 free meal. My husband and I were excited. However when the order arrived there was one 1 meal. Had to split it cause it was close to midnight.

This place deserves 0 stars. I went in to pickup an uber eats order. Wow such unprofessional staff. Looked at me and then just walked away. Finally the bar tender guy came over and I informed him I had come to pick up an order. I'll definitely not be coming in here again. Very very rude staff and very unwelcoming!
