Miss the old layout, now with the mobile orders it takes forever. Waited 20 minutes for a Tea, but was able to get my food right away? Tea is just hot water and a bag lol
Today I entered the drive through at 11:12 am. I placed my order at 11:23 am. I was third in line and the guy in front of me ordered a hot beverage and a pup cup. Nothing too much. I didn't see what the person that was first in line ordered however, it took until 11:42am to get my order that wasn't even ready by the time I got to the window. I ordered a grande drip coffee with cream and a grande caramel brule latte. It still needed to be made after almost 30 minutes from start to finish. 30 minutes. For 2 coffees. And being third in line, in person, in the drive through. Looking inside there did not appear to be a lineup, just 4 or 5 panicked looking staff. The experience was not pleasant. It was aggravating. Starbucks needs to revisit their customer service model if this is what they determine is acceptable for start to finish service. There was no artisanal or luxury experience. It was just unending waiting. Not even a simple platitude offered by the service staff for the excessive wait. If it wasn't for a Christmas giftcard I don't think ill ever return as I don't want to have to budget 30 minutes of my life for an average drip coffee. If the coffee was mind blowing and the service incredible, different story. I would rather go to my favourite coffee truck, pay the same price, get great conversation, an epic coffee and still be out in under 15 minutes.

This is a great Starbucks, I find that the staff are always so kind when I am in there and my order is always correct and ready in a timely manner!
Their drive through times are also great, I don’t have to worry that I am going to be sitting in the line up for 10+ minutes!!

I ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Oat, Shaken Espresso, Venti, 2% Milk, 3 Shots, and No Cinnamon Powder. Last week, a new employee (I think) made me a drink that tasted terrible and had a lot of missing parts. I ordered the same thing this week, and the same amount of missing parts and the same bad taste. I had to order a new Iced Americano, which, you can see, is a completely different amount.

Really rude worker with blue hair this morning at 5:45 am I had made mention that their scanner needs to be fixed as there’s been 2 seperate occasions within the last week that I can’t use my stars or pay with the Starbucks app that I put money on. The drive thru worker pointed and said something to the blue dark haired girl inside and she made the ugliest face and rolled her eyes. That was so rude, I wasn’t being negative or said it in a foul tone. Just letting them know. Not happy and really made me uncomfortable

Waited in line for over 10 minutes just to get the wrong order. Second time this has happened in less than 2 weeks. I try to call to let them know and no answer. This is a management issue. Your staff are trying their best but they need a leader who cares.

Can’t seem to get anything right anymore and the service is here really quite unfriendly. There are a couple of workers who are trying hard with customer service the rest not so much. Paying 5 something for a coffee just to have it wrong and then to get attitude is too much. Please go support smaller locally owned businesses who still have staff that are trying if possible, that is what I will be doing.

10 people working and they still forget our order and have us standing there for 15 minutes. How do you forget to add the mocha to a mocha as well? I have to start calling headoffice because I haven't gotten a correct order from Starbucks within the past 2 years.
The surroundings are very clean, the food and beverages are delicious, also the staff and crew are very accommodating 😊
