Service lady at the till was super rude. I tried a sample that they offered! Delicious, I told the lady (old blonde lady) I wanted the sample for my order! So I proceeded to tell her what it was. She ignored me and asked a bunch of her other staff until she got the same answer I just told her! Real kind. Sorry you hate your life at Starbucks but you shouldn’t work in customer service then.

Came in for a coffee and coffee cake as usual, my timing was perfect as a barista was handing out samples of lemon loaf and a strawberry frap. Breakfast and a treat, delightful. The store is always clean and the staff all seem happy to be at work!

I went through the drive-through and asked the barista for the pink drink with dragon fruit. The barista let out a huge sigh and acted as if that drink was a huge annoyance to her. I won't be back because customer service is poor here.

I find this starbucks to be quite noisy with people talking and background music. Quite often come here, so I love it, but I need to put on my noise canceling earphones when i need some quiet. Staff are great herr
