I’ve never been to a Starbucks where the employees were this lost and didn’t know what they were doing. There were 3 employees working and we were the only customers in the store. We placed an order for two breakfast sandwiches on the app and we let one of the employees know that we were ordering on the app.
I stood there and waited 5 minutes before I realized nobody was preparing my order. One was cleaning the floor the other cleaning the table, and a third employee was in the back, during all this they all had their headsets on and were chatting.
I waited and realized that I hadn’t seen neither of the three employees work on my order. I went and asked and the girl says one moment, and walks to the oven and then put the two croissants in.

One of the good ones, my order has always been correct. The staff have all been friendly and welcoming. Although my last sausage breakfast wrap seemed a little bland, it was still hot and a good portion for the price.

This is the first coffee shop I've ever been to that doesn't have black coffee brewing at 7am in the morning??
Not even busy, just a lack of coffee brewing management?
20 minutes of waiting!!! Before, I asked for a refund.
Horrendous customer service at this location.

Went there this evening (Apr 28th) around 6:45pm. The blonde middle aged woman who was at the window (and who took my order) was very rude and condescending, she made me feel like I was bothering her just by ordering. I sat in the drive through for almost 10 minutes with one car in front of me that they handed a single drink too, then the same lady in the window was still rude and condescending and rushing me through before I could even ask for a straw. I was very unimpressed with my experience here.
I have been to this coffeeshop alots of time and had great service except today. I was having my to go cup filled and Mack the server filled it to a very low level. When I asked her to top it up a bit she refused and was politely rude about it. When I asked her to refresh the cream she refused and said there was enough in the container. I found out at the next Starbucks that I went to the lady informed me there is free refills so I don't see the problem of topping up the cup a bit. I believe this employee needs to be taught what good customer is. You want people to return. I won't

After the reno it's not even that there's no seating anymore, there is barely anywhere to even stand to wait! This site had a huge floor space, and they've bungled the Reno so much, now there's literally nowhere for customers to wait for their drinks! I waited 10 min for 2 lattes and felt claustrophobic the whole time because of how many of us were all smashed in by the door.
I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

I used to occasionally go to this Starbucks it was one of the only cozy ones left with a good space to work in and open cafe area. After they removed the Salish location it was genuinely the only nice real coffee shop feeling Starbucks left in town but the Reno’s I was absolutely shocked. It was so nice before and now it looks horrible it’s so small and honestly lifeless waste of resources money and time cuz it’s the opposite of what I would want to hangout in and do work or sit with friends. super uninviting and I think most locals feel the same cuz that place was honestly always poppin and full but other then the patio there’s not even any room. Anyways I just wanted to share I think it looks terrible and why they even removed the original one when it was pretty new anyway I will never understand but the workers are amazing and other then the cafe being absolutely ruined it’s a good place!!
