Drive through super late. People were pleasent and patient. Coffee great, still really hot, no grounds at the bottom!

It's unfortunate that they are so inflexible with their staff- even good ones, that instead of working around other work schedules, they would encourage their staff to just quit. Meanwhile, last night I watched a long term barista resting on the counter for 10-15 minutes while the other staff members ran circles around her trying to clean up. Staffing has always been an issue here- lately a lot of unexpected closures etc. Starbucks has always been my favorite coffee chain but as service has declined so substantially due to poor management, I will just skip them now. The speed at which the drive through works, I could fly to Colombia, grow my own beans, fly back to Canada, roast them, and have my coffee ready quicker than Cottonwood Starbucks drive-through can pour a cup of plain coffee for me.

Worst experience the girl name “Manjot” work here is super clingy she just starts flirting with your guy out of nowhere we were waiting for our drink for a very long time but she didn’t care and continued flirting with my husband and she can’t take the order properly and make something that we didn’t even order . Girl just focus on your work not on other’s husbands

I had the best Starbucks experience here!! The chipper cashier with the rose coloured glasses made my day!!! And all her colleagues were equally happy and all smiles!!! Can’t wait to pass through Chilliwack again!!!
The wait here is absurd. The drive through gets priority when a line up inside is out the door. Bad mistake to come in instead of driving but we actually wanted to sit and talk.
No organization. No way to know which way you are supposed to go to order. The staff yelling names are so meek and quiet. I get it, huge company that makes millions doesn't need to fix stuff cause people will keep coming but it's a crappy experience if you're not in a car.
21 minutes to get 2 coffees. Meanwhile tons of cars going through.

Too much money for everything it's craziness might as well go to any other place and they have the price for better products but hey what do I know maybe I'm wrong there must be something to it with the amount of business they have so who knows but my personal opinion is too much money for a damn coffee
